(Izuku and Ty Lee are seen watching the sunset)

Ty Lee: Beautiful, isn't it?

Izuku: The sunset or your shining eyes?

Ty Lee: (giggles) You've got beautiful eyes too, Izuku.

(As they are about to have a kiss, two figures seen in the last chapter come in)

????: Izuku Hasashi.

Izuku: (turns around) You must be Raiden and Fujin.

Ty Lee: The god of thunder and the god of wind?

Fujin: In the flesh, Ty Lee.

Raiden: We are here to invite you to represent the Earthrealm in a tournament called Mortal Kombat.

Ty Lee: Mortal Kombat?

Izuku: I heard about this tournament. This tournament was a tool against the evil Shao Kahn and his minions who tried to conquer the Earthrealm once.

Fujin: And believe me when I say that Shao Kahn is gathering allies to join his cause.

Ty Lee: Does that include my former boss?

Raiden: Yes. Shao Kahn has recruited Azula and her father Ozai.

Ty Lee: We need to tell the others!

Izuku: I'll join you in the fight against Shao Kahn!

Fujin: Good. Now let's prepare ourselves.

(One week later)

(Izuku, Takeda, Cassie, Jacqui, Ty Lee, Aang, Katara, Zuko, most of the Union Academy students and Sub-Zero are seen at the arena)

(Kitana is seen accompanied by Jade and Kotal Khan)

Kitana: I'm glad you all came here. As you can see, Shao Kahn is planning to conquer Earthrealm again, and this time he gathered some powerful allies.

(As Kitana keeps explaining, a blonde boy approaches Cassie)

????: Hello, beautiful. I'm Denki Kaminari.

Cassie: (smiles) Nice to meet you. I'm Cassie Cage. Wanna make a selfie? Smile!

(Then they make a selfie as Sonya comes in)

Sonya: Cassie, can we talk?

Cassie: (to Denki) Don't worry. I'll share the photo. (winks)

Denki: Okay...

(Kitana resumes her explanation)

Kitana: Remember, Earthrealm Warriors. You're fighting for the fate of your friends, your people, your realm.

(Then an armored hero comes in)

????: This must not be difficult.

(Then Raiden teleports behind him)

Raiden: Shao Kahn is stronger than you think, Tenya Iida!

Iida: Oh, it's you, Raiden. Thanks for the advice. Now excuse me.

Kitana: The first kombatants will be Denki Kaminari.

Denki: All right. I'm ready!

Kitana: And Erron Black!

(Then Denki prepares to fight Erron Black as Cassie whistles to Denki and blows a kiss to him, making him blush)

Erron: I don't know how you got her heart, kid... But you are all out of luck now.

Denki: Villains... Always presuming too much...

(They fight. Denki proves why he is a 1A Class Hero as he manages to defeat the former mercenary of Black Dragon)

Denki: You got Caged.

Johnny: Wow. I have a fan.

Cassie: I like this boy too.

Sonya: (sighs) Seriously, Cassie?

Kitana: Excellent work, Denki. Now for your next challenge, you will face Baraka.

(Then Baraka comes in as he shows his blades)

Denki: What big blades you have.

Baraka: It's to cut your flesh better, earthrealmer!

Denki: Look, we have a cannibal man here.

(They fight. Denki has a hard time dealing with Baraka due to the fact the tarkatan has metal blades. Then he decides to use his quirk and electrocutes him before knocking him out)

Denki: All right! I win! I win!

(The crowd cheers up as Denki bows gracefully)

Kitana: We will resume the tournament tomorrow. Be prepared.

(As they walk away, Denki is approached by Raiden)

Raiden: You did a good work, Denki Kaminari.

Denki: Thank you, whoever you are.

Raiden: I am Raiden, god of thunder.

Denki: (bows gracefully) My apologies for not recognizing you, Lord Raiden.

Raiden: You got potential to save the world. Keep it up and you will become the number one hero.

Denki: Thank you, Lord Raiden.

(Then Katsuki Bakugo comes in)

Katsuki: Did I hear that right? This dumb is gonna be the number one hero? Don't make me laugh!

Raiden: Even the weakest of the shaolin monks could be the number one hero before you, Katsuki Bakugo!

Katsuki: What... Why you insolent fool!

Denki: How dare you talk to Lord Raiden like this, Bakugo!

Katsuki: Lord Raiden? Please, Kaminari. He is not a god, and you're not a hero! You are both a joke!

Denki: Time to teach you a lesson!

(They fight. Denki was so pissed when he was called a joke and takes his anger on Katsuki even though he is his schoolmate. Despite having been at disadvantage due to having fought twice, Denki uses the remaining of his strength and manages to defeat Kacchan)

Denki: Maybe Lord Raiden had the right idea about me.

(Somewhere in the courtyard someone is seen about to shoot Denki down, but Raiden notices that)

Raiden: Denki, watch out!

(Denki sees the sniper and manages to avoid the shoot.)

Cassie: (approaches Denki) Denki, are you alright?

Kano: (comes in) No, he's not. (points the gun) and neither will you!

(Before he could shoot Cassie, Kano is kicked by Sonya)

Sonya: Get away from her, you motherfucker!

Kano: Sonya, it's been so long.

Sonya: I wish it was longer!

(As Sonya and Kano start fighting, Denki gets up)

Denki: Cassie, who is this guy?

Cassie: His name is Kano. He is the leader of the very organization our old friend Tarantula helped us to stop some weeks ago.

Denki: The Black Dragon?

(Cassie nods in agreement. As Kano was about to kill Sonya, Denki takes action and hits him with a powerful electric shot)

Denki: As long as I breathe, I can still fight!

Kano: Fighting to the last breath, that's the attitude today's kids lack.

(They fight. Despite his experience and agility, Kano was simply no match for Denki, who manages to land the last blow on him)

Denki: It was a good...fight...

(Denki then passes out. Raiden approaches him and uses his powers to help him to recover. Then Denki wakes up)

Denki: Huh? Am I alive?

Johnny: You bet you are, kid. I guess I know who I can invite to my next movie.

Cassie: If there is a next movie.

Sonya: (notices Kano running away) Damn it, he escaped.

Cassie: (kisses Denki's cheek) You did great. Now rest and let us handle that Black Dragon scum.

Denki: Alright, cutie.

Sonya: Okay, let's chase that motherfucker. He must not be so far.

(Sonya, Cassie and Johnny leave as Denki looks to the sky with a determined smile)
