Don't know what that means exactly but this is what I'm doing with it

Izuku Midoriya. Lived the first 14 years of his life quirkless. Obtained the quirk of the person he looked up to most. Made many friends. Won many battles. Defeated Shigaraki. Became the number one hero. Married his highschool sweetheart. Made a family. Lived long enough to have grandkids. But now, all of that is coming to an end.

Aging is a bitch.

Izuku lays on a hospital bed with his wife of 40 years, Ochako Midoriya. "Izuku...." She says in sorrow. "There's no need to be sad Ochako. It's just a part of life." He says smiling in a weak voice. "I know. But this is something I never prepared myself to witness. The man I love on his death bed. Even if it wasn't because of a villain." She starts tearing up.

Midoriya raises his finger and wipes her tears. "You don't need to cry. I'll still be watching you and our family." He cups her cheek.

A knock on the door is heard. "Come in." Ochako says. The people that came in were Hikari, his wife Tsuki, and their 21 year old son, Toshinori, and their 15 year old daughter, Hina. And his daughter, Nanako. "Hey dad." Hikari looks at him in sorrow and sadness.

Izuku, however, kept his smile. "Hey Hikari. Tsuki. Kids." He greeted them all. Hikari and his family sit on the opposite side of Ochako and looked at the passing old hero in front of them.

"A lot of people would have regrets in their lives. Katsuki would've said he regretted never becoming the number one hero. But me, I wouldn't change anything. Not a single thing that happened. I've gotten everything I've wanted in life. What could a man ask more of in life." He says soft and weak.

"But dad. We're not ready for you to be gone yet." Hikari tears up. "Hikari. You always have to be ready to let someone go. I know I had to when mom and All Might passed away. You'll understand one day. And like I told your mother, I'll still be watching over you guys. I'll be a part of One For All." He says.

"Grandpa! Please don't leave! You still haven't seen us become great heroes like we promised you!" Hina says crying her eyes out. Izuku pats her head. "It's okay, Hina. I know you will be a great hero. As well as you, Toshi.*cough* *cough* *cough*" Izuku starts coughing violently. "Grandpa.....grandpa...." Toshinori couldn't find his words.

"Dad! Please. I'm going to miss you so much." Nanako says. "I'll miss you too, my little fire starter." He pats her head.

"I hear the voices welcoming me. I'm not too long for this world now." He said feeling weaker and weaker by the second. "Izuku." Ochako breaks into tears. Izuku cups her cheeks and gives her a peck on the lips. "Our last kiss. I'll always remember it."

'Young man. You, too, can become a hero'

'Are you okay? It'd be bad luck to fall on the first day'

'I like Deku! It gives a 'you can do it vibe.' Plus I think it's kinda cute'

'You make me so happy Deku. I'm glad to have you in my life'

'I'm glad to be the new Mrs.Midoriya'

'He'll be the light of our life. Hikari Midoriya'

He remembers the happiest moments of his life. From the day he meet All Might, to when he meet Ochako, even to the birth of their son.

"Kacchan. I'm coming. I'll see you on the other side." Izuku says closing his eyes.

His family starts crying with Ochako holding his hand tightly.

"Ochako, Hikari, Nanako, you were the lights of my world. I love you all."

His grip on Ochako's hand loosened and he flatlined.

He died as his mentor did, with the smile that gave everyone hope.
