Hello again!

Now, since the deadline for the artfight is slowly but surely approaching, quite some of my artfight projects are coming to an end, meaning you'll be seeing quite a lot of those here >w<

So... to complete my small fullbody series I had going on, so I could finally finish up all my comic attacks hehe, I stole Kristall (german for crystal) from Kristall09 ^-^

Now, as we all know, I don't like drawing girls and struggle immensely with drawing animals, so.... I decided to just turn her into a fashionable dude ^-^

Idea was to sit him next to Yasse, who I drew before, and make him look at Faolan, since the latter was a bit very much disconnected to the whole scene >w<"

The lines were a struggle... that's also why this piece took me so long, hehe... had the thing nearly done by the 25th already, but procrastinated on those hands until september...

Other than that I had a blast! Basically I wanted to take the initial design of the humanoid Kristall, and just tweak it a tiny bit, before adding accessories.
Thus the skirt turned into a pair of trousers ^-^

Another thing I really enjoyed, was translating the hair into something, that didn't look like absolute chaos... but I think I succeeded pretty darn well!

After that base was then established, I went on with the extra stuff. the crystal necklace had to stay. I knew that for sure. But since the outfit otherwise looked rather simple, I then decided to simply add more.... a lot more....

And then I also wanted to add a trouser chain, because I can.

When the colours came along... well... tbh I struggled quite a bit more than I thought I would. I don't know, finding the right shade of blue and a haircolour that didn't look weird took a whole while, hehe...

Um.. yeah..... not a lot to say about the shading, tbh. I just did the same thing as with the other drawings, to make them all look cohesive and fitting. Adding the angular light on top definitely was a ton of fun here.... no clue why, but just getting those in here was a lot easier than some other pieces and it just looks sorta natural in this one, hehe...

Ngl, this was a shitload of fun to do. Just stealing other peoples characters and making your own thing outta them is always a great thing to do, especially when the other person ends up liking your result :D

Next up I'll be finishing the comics though... and oh boy, those are gonna be epic >:)
