heyho kiddos!

so.. recently i've been having quite some fun to just work on designs digitally and not traditionally. my usual workflow is basically in my sketchbook, where i design ideas and main concepts, before i put them into a final thing digitally.

either way, i had some fun with ruindir again, working on his armour design again, and actually drawing him wearing the thing for once hehe ^-^""

aaand then we have a small christmas-themed comic with some of my elemental heirs ^-^
so... essentially we have cryo (god of ice) getting all excited for christmas (his favourite holiday) whilst volcan (god of fire, aka ruindir) is kinda getting sick of it...
vaporo (god of water) doesn't like christmas, but then ends up always loving it as much as cryo
... and then there's obviously termina (goddess of time) who loves any holiday and just wants to celebrate whatever, whenever..... yeah she loves inventing random reasons to have a celebration with the other elementals ^-^"

and last but not least... since i plan to work on the crystal bones webcomic again, i want to finally plan everyones design and clothing.... so i went ahead and started with adult feredir, how he compares to his younger self, and two outfit variations to just give me an idea of his style at the time ^-^

aaaand yeah... that's all i got for now!

um... idk... are you guys maybe interested in maybe seeing more of my design process in my sketchbook? not too sure what's interesting or not, and since i thought that more polished and digital pieces probably seem more appealing to y'all, i just scrapped the sketchbook chapters... but if you wanna see them, i'll gladly upload them and talk a bit more about the design process and how i come up with character details ^-^

other than that, i hope you liked the sketches and doodles here... i personally had a ton of fun. it's nice to just have some pieces that aren't coloured and rendered, and just... having fun on the drawing tablet without the intent to make something polished is surprisingly refreshing, haha
