Powers: Black ice. (Rainwing venom/Icewings ice breath) her necklace gives her the power to talk to Queen Ruby whenever. (She is a spy but no one knows) she has the whip thin tail of the Icewings but can hang from things. Also she glows (ate a moon globe thing and now she glows!)
