Welcome to the eighth assignment of Jaiyana's Book Club. Before we start, here are a couple of announcements:

1. After realizing that, even with the change of task modality, many people are not serious about this book club and don't tell me they're on hiatus or want to leave, since next month I'm going to abolish the strike system. If anyone is caught not completing the task, they'll be kicked out directly. (I'm taking the same direction as BrigadeReads and her book club, yeah.)
2. _NotYourFairytale_ and originalverbivore are joining the book club since today. Let's welcome them to the team!
3. Notice on strikes:
✓ theyellowapple didn't complete her task and didn't ask me for extensions or breaks, so she's going to receive their first strike. According to the new policy, one more and she's out.
✓ Badass_Saasha didn't complete her tasks and didn't ask me for extensions or breaks for the second time, so she's going to receive her second strike. One more and she's out.
✓ Livkuile, Snirion and katee0writes didn't complete their tasks and didn't ask me for extensions or breaks for the third time. This means that they're going to receive their third strike and they're out of Jaiyana's Book Club.

Remember that:
1. You have to comment on three chapters of the assigned story.
2. When you're done with your task, comment "Done", the title of your partner's story and their username, and the chapters you read.
3. If you need more time to complete the task or a break, please notify me before the deadline. If you don't, you'll be expected to complete your task by the deadline unless you want to get a strike.
