He then swam into the castle without any of the guards. Noticing. As soon as he swam into the window he saw the queen sitting in her chair working.

Queen: wow izzy you're early! *turns around and gasps* captain Jake?! What are you doing here?

Jake: I came to talk about izzy's role in the preparation set up.

Queen: oh yes, yes what would you like to know?

Jake: Well you see, izzy fainted just a few hours ago and ..

Queen: oh really? is she alright?

Jake: yeah she's fine, but uh I think your working her too hard.

Queen: *laughs* where would you get such a silly thought like that?

Jake: Uh, THE PART WHEN SHE FAINTED AND CAME LATE BECAUSE YOU WEREN'T FINISHED WITH HER?!

Queen: goodness Captain Jake! turn down the yelling.

Jake: Oops hehe sorry.

Queen: thats quite alright my pirate friend. and no, I haven't the slightest clue of what you mean by working her too hard she is just doing her job! unless you... have a problem with that?

Jake: Whoah. um no.. not really. I guess..

Queen: Good! So then you should probably not worry about izzy and get back to your island.

Jake: OOkaaayy, I'll go then.

Jake then swims back up to shore says 'I wish to become human' and quietly gets back into bed with out izzy knowing he snuck away with her necklace..

 Wait UGH I FORGOT! so as soon as jake realised that he forgot to put her necklace back on her neck... so he carefully gets out of bed, lifts her head up, and put the necklace on, as soon as he's done he puts her head down and carefully steps back to bed.
