Backstory: Diego is the son of Dio and Kaori Itadori aka Kenjaku. He is the half half-brother of Giorno, Yuji, and Choso, along with the other sons of Dio. Diego was left infront the church after that he was raised by Father Enrico Pucci who taught him about heaven and his knowledge about Stands. As Diego learns to be catholic, he discovers his father's diary and he finds a finger of the King of Curse. He eats the finger and contact with Sukuna to take over the world. He accepts it and decides to find more fingers to release Sukuna and become stronger. He finds out his brothers betrayed him to join the Jojo clan, and he gets revenge on Giorno, Yuji, and Choso. As he hates his brothers, he decide to recruit Cursed creatures and evil sorcerers but also other villains to get revenge on Jojo and Johnson.

Stone Mask Vampire abilities:

Diego displays a broad range of fantastic, supernatural abilities; explained as expressions of the full, unbound potential of the human body. This includes superhuman strength, quick healing, and eternal life.

Zombie and Vampire creation: Diego can create Zombies either from a living human or the cadaver of the deceased. The Zombies are also strong creatures, but less so than their vampiric creator. Therefore, they will obey him. The process of zombification involves the injection of a vampire extract into one's blood vessels.

Flight: Nuff said

Enhanced Senses: Diego's senses are very heightened, that he can hear heartbeats from the ground, etc.

Space Ripper Stingy Eyes: Its basically heat vision but instead of lasers its concentrated fluids from the eyes. Yeah Ik, it's gross but at the same time cool.
