A yandere within heat is more dangerous than a lion with a hungry stomach.
But you'll live. A yandere is not like a succubus, they're picky on who they wanna rape, and they will most likely wanna rape you, cause they love you.
 If you're male, you can do this! But if your yandere is male, then convince them to use their imagination
 If you're female, then attempt to have your yandere do something else, or at least tell them use their imagination.
If your yandere is female, then the only harm they can do, is they use certain "Tools". So if they are, run.
If you love your yandere, and you have been waiting for this day, then go for it. Nothing is stopping you. 

"I have nothing in common with my yandere, but they love me anyways"

If your yandere loves just because you look good to them, then they're just like that wanna be yandere from Yandere Sim. They're easy to lose. Use what they hate against them, listen to heavy metal, high volume if they hate it. Talk crap about their favorite artists, but at least to repel them.
Abuse the privilege of giving your opinions, and they won't wanna be near you anymore.
