No one's POV

Back at JPA Bolt had not talked since he got back from Jake's
place. Speed had explained everything and things were just starting to get back to normal.
"Hey Bolt! You won't have to do janitor duty today, Air is. You can have the day off. Speed I heard you're having a meeting at NHV tonight so you can have the day off too." Flight said.

I (lucy) remembered NHV stands for Night Home for Vampires. Flight had recently found out that I knew about it and he told me to keep quiet.

"Flake you can-" Flight started again.
"Oh yea..anyways I want the girls besides Echo to go on teaching the younger classes and Echo...you..can um..Clean? Or something... Ocean,you're good with mechanics so I want you,Flame, and Sky to check the wires. They've been kind of...weird...lately. Thunder and Torch, I want you to go on patrol and Lucy and Jessica go to class. That leaves me to stay here." Flight answered.

"Ok, but are you sure we should be training the younger classes today? There are quite a bit of girls and with Jake and stuff it might not be safe for us to train them.." Icey stated.
"No actually, because Jake has what he wants so there's no risk. Once the classes are done it will be 9:00pm and the mentors are having a separate meeting. The younger kids will go to their dorms and everyone will be just fine." Flight replied.

"What's wrong with the wires exactly?" Sky asked.
"Well, I think the patterns have gone hay -wire ." Flight explained.
"Ok,we can take care of that." Sky answered.
"Any other useless questions?" Flight asked. Everyone shook their heads.
"Then you shouldn't still be here." Flight chuckled. Bolt decided to stay in the office.

"So..how are you handling... Things..." Flight tried to start a conversation.
"Is that important?" Bolt glared.
"Yes. Yes it is. You like her... No, you love her and we all know it. You want Flake to be safe so it's normal to be worried and scared." Flight comforted.

"First of all, I'm not scared. I don't get scared. I never will. Second I don't worry...about anything. Nothing. I have everything under control and that's all you need to know. I'll be leaving now." Bolt tensed.

"Very well." Flight answered as Bolt was leaving the room.
"Oh and Bolt?" Flight asked.
"What." Bolt looked at him.
"Don't try me.." Flight glared.
"Hm." Bolt grunted back.

BOLT'S POV:
I will find her...I promise. I never give up, I never fail, and I never get defeated.

I walked to a nearby river and looked at my reflection. I didn't see myself, I saw the boy I was when I was only 12...7 years ago. I was weak,easily defeated,shy,and pathetic. I had promised myself I would never be like that when I was older. I saw a reflection next to me...my brother...

"Dang....you're depressed again aren't you." Thunder commented.
"Dang...you're annoying again aren't you." I mocked.
"Just trying to make life easier...so what's wrong? Flake again." Thunder asked.
"Yes..again." I answered.
"Don't worry. She's fine. I'm sure she misses you a lot." Thunder reassured.
"I don't worry." I snapped.
"Ok. I know. When are you planning on going to get her?" Thunder casually asked.
"Don't say it like that. It's not something easy. It's not like I'm running quick errands." I retorted.

"I know that." Thunder replied ticked off a little.
"He has great powers...a lot of them." I added.
"How'd you find out?" Thunder asked.
"I told him." I heard Sky walking towards us.
"You?" Thunder asked.
"Yes, and shouldn't you be on duty?" Sky asked.
"I could say the same to you." Thunder answered.
"Whatever. There's something you don't understand about Jake. He holds many powers. Same like you. He has thunder,lightning,speed,wind, and basically everything. He can defeat many people easily. If you were a vampire, you'd have an advantage. He can't see them." Sky informed.

Oh...great...now we need Speed...but I couldn't ask him for help...they don't know that I know...

"Oh.." I simply answered.
"I should go." Thunder said.
"Same." Sky agreed.
"Don't fall in the river." Thunder teased.
"Yea...I won't, stupid." I rolled my eyes.

JAKE'S POV:
Ever since the guy had left after marking my girl, I had been ticked off. I was walking back in forth in front of Flake's room.

"Hey! Open up princess! Or I'll break in myself!" I shouted angrily.
"Fine! Come in already!" Flake unlocked the door with her ice power and I stormed inside. I grabbed her by the neck and pulled her to me.
"Ow! Careful!" She squeaked.
"Shhh! Let me see what he did to you." I touched the scar on her neck.
"WHAT IS THIS?!?! IS HE SOME SORT OF A WOLF OR WHAT?!?" I shouted in her ears.
"It's just a love bite your Highness" She answered pulling away from me.
"A WHAT?!? " I screamed my face burning red.
"Shh..." She rubbed my cheek calming me down.
"I thought you only did that to people you love." I smirked going back to my normal, perverted self again.
"It was the only way to calm you down, Jake." She giggled.

FLAKE'S POV :
I really wanted to go home now. It had been 4 days since Bolt had come and I had become tired of Jake already.
