[Tara and Nani spent the entire day with Aditya and Zoya, in hopes to clear the awkwardness between Zoya and Aditya.]

Nani: Accha Tara, sone ka waqt Ho Gaya hai nahi?

Tara: Nahi!

Zoya: Kya nahi? Time dekha hai? Chalo, so jaao

Tara: Zo-Zo nahi!

Aditya: Haan Chalo, Zo-Zo Aur Dita Tara ko sulaayenge, Chalo

[Zoya carried Tara in her arms while Aditya followed and Nani watched as they both put Tara to sleep. It was at that moment that Nani realised her decision was right.

After Tara fell asleep, both of them walked back to Nani.

Nani handed a file over to Aditya and Zoya, while smiling.]

Aditya: Nani, yeh Kya?

Nani: Adoption ke papers

Zoya: Aapne Tara se baat ki hai na?

Nani: Abhi tak toh nahi...Aaj shaam ko kar lungi

Aditya: Tara ki ijaazat ke Bina hum iss par sign nahi kar sakte, Nani

Nani: Haan Beta, tension mat lo, Tara ka faisla sunkar hi sign karna, theek hai?

Tara: N-Nani?

Zoya: (Turning around) Tara? Aap soyi nahi?

Tara: Kya baat kar rahe Ho aap?

Nani: Tara...Woh...

[Aditya got up and carried Tara in his arms before returning and sitting besides Zoya.]

Zoya: Tara, Aditya aur hum...Tumhaare Ma-baap banna chahte hain...

Tara: Woh Kya hota hai?

Nani: Har bacche ka khyaal rakhne ke liye, bhagwaan Ma-baap banaate hai. Jaise...Aapki dost hai na? Zooni? Usski maa hai na? Aur usske Papa? Woh dono usska khyaal rakhte hai, aise hi, Aditya Aur Zoya aapke Mummy, Papa banna chahte hai

Tara: Magar Nani aap? Aap kahaan jaaoge?

Nani: Main yaheen par hoon, kahi nahi jaa rahi hoon

Tara: Mujhe Dita Aur Zo-Zo pasand hai, Nani

Aditya: Yay! Zoya, Khush Ho jaao!

[Zoya began laughing, and at the same time, Aditya and Zoya hugged Tara tight, before placing a kiss on either of her cheeks.]

Tara: Hmm...Ab toh main aap par nazar rakh sakti hoon Dita! Aap Mere zo-zo ko sad Nahi bana sakte!

Nani: Dita nahi Papa bolo beta! Aur Zo-Zo ko mummy bulaao, Chalo shaabash

Zoya: Arre rehne dijiye Nani, isska Jab mann karega woh keh degi, Kyun Aditya?

Aditya: Haan, Haan! Lekin ab Tara soyegi, kyun?

Nani: Bilqul! Main bhi araam karne jaa rahe hoon, Chalo Tara

Zoya: (To Aditya) Tara ko sulaakar waapis aaongi

[Aditya simply nodded his head whilst Zoya carried Tara in her arms and walked back to Nani's home, before putting Tara to sleep. She gave Nani her medicines and then headed back home.

She closed the door behind her as she entered the house, and found Aditya stood besides the balcony. Judging by the reflection on the window, she notice that he was crying, and walked to his side.]

Zoya: Aditya...

[Quickly, he wiped his tears away and turned around but she noticed the red in his eyes.]

Aditya: Kya Hua? Tara so gayi?

Zoya: Haan, so gayi

[Aditya nodded before looking down and walking away and Zoya stood there.]

Zoya: Aap ro kyun rahe the?

Aditya: Kuch nahi...yakeen nahi Ho raha tha ki meri koi beti hogi, Bass

Zoya: Bhagwaan agar Kuch leta hai, toh bahut Kuch deta bhi hai

Aditya: (Walking away) Hmm...

Zoya: Suniye...

Aditya: Bolo

Zoya: Kal shaadi hui thi...hum aaj dargah jaane ki soch rahe the, aap humaare saath chalenge? Darasal, kissi nayi shuruaat se pehle hum humesha dargah jaate hai

Aditya: Main saath chalunga, nikalne ka waqt Bata do

Zoya: 6 baje?

Aditya: Haan, theek hai

[Soon enough, it was 6 pm, and Zoya was wearing her earrings when she heard the a knock on the door.]

Aditya: Main taiyaar Ho Gaya hoon

Zoya: Ji, abhi aayein!

[Wearing a new light pink suit, Zoya stepped out and Aditya couldn't help but gaze at her.]

Aditya: Mujhe Kuch lena hoga Kya?

Zoya: Aapke paas rumaal hai?

Aditya: Haan woh le liya hai, aur Kuch?

Zoya: Nahi, Chalein

[Aditya and Zoya sat in the car and soon enough, reached the dargah. Zoya pulled the dupatta over her head whilst Aditya followed her.

She held the chaadhar and handed the bag of flowers over to Aditya.]

Aditya: Zoya...Yahaan pray kaise karte hai? M-Mujhe nahi pata, Main baahar——

Zoya: Aap jaise praarthna karna chahte Hai, Waisa hi kar lein. Bass dil se Dua Maang lein. Aur Haan, woh rumaal apne sar par baandh lein

[Soon, both of them entered the dargah, and together, Aditya and Zoya placed the chaadhar together and flowers over it.

Zoya sat down to pray, and Aditya did the same, but when she began praying, he could just sit and stare at her. The way her face glowed as she prayed, the way her lips murmured prayers.

He too closed his eyes, and in a moment, everything seemed blissful.

Zoya and Aditya got up and were given two threads by the old man who worked at the dargah.]

Old man: Nayi nayi shaadi hui hai?

Zoya: Ji...Aapko kaise pata?

Old man: Tumhaare shauhar ke ishaaron se pata chal gaya tha...Jiss tarah woh tumhe dekh raha tha, Jab tum Dua maang rahi thi...Usski nazaron mein bahut fikar aur Izzat thi...

Aditya: Woh...

Old man: Yeh Dhaaga baandho...Jo mannat maangoge puri Ho jaayegi

Zoya: (Smiling) Ji, Shukriya

[Standing besides her, Aditya tied the thread.

But he didn't know what to wish for.

He simply looked at her whilst tying the thread, and once it was done, both of them headed home.]

Aditya: Woh...Jaisa tum soch rahi Ho, waisa Kuch...Main Bass dekh raha tha ki dargah mein Dua kaise maangte hai

Zoya: Jaante hai...Aapko safaai dene ki zaroorat nahi hai

Aditya: Ghar chalein?

Zoya: Haan...Aapko kahi aur jaana hai Kya?

Aditya: Nahi, Nahi...Chalo

*Later that night*

[Zoya was sitting on the floor of the balcony, when she heard Aditya's voice.]

Aditya: May I?

Zoya: Ji, aayie...

Aditya: Tumse Kuch baat karni thi

Zoya: Bataayie, Kya baat hai?

Aditya: Iss Monday Aur Tuesday mujhe field practise ke liye shimla jaana hai, tum chahe toh Nani ke saath reh lena

Zoya: Ji, theek hai

Aditya: Aur apne liye mahine ke kitne paise theek honge?

Zoya: Ji?

Aditya: I mean, pocket money...jo bhi kehte hai

Zoya: Hume aapke paison ki zaroorat nahi hai, Aditya, Humaare paas khud ke paise hai.

Aditya: Zoya——

Zoya: Aur Haan, hum soch rahe hai ki tuitions le lein...Ghar ko sambhaalne mein dono ka hissa hona zaroori hai.

Aditya: Theek hai...Main sone jaa raha hoon

Zoya: Ji, Good night.

[Awkwardness would be an understatement, but it was necessary. It was imperative that Zoya and Aditya first establish some ground rules, because otherwise living together would be impossible. Never mind the unusual circumstances they got married

But they had the collective blessings of both their respective gods.

This could only mean good things right? ]
