[They reached Mumbai at around 5 AM, and needless to say, Zoya was terrified. She was meeting Aditya's family, for the first time, at the worst time possible, but she couldn't just abandon Aditya like that. To her, Aditya's well-being mattered more than her comfort.

She slowly walked behind Aditya, holding on to his arm to support him, while her other hand held Tara's.

They entered the hospital and found Arjun and a Aditya's Mother, who was crying, sat outside the outside. Suddenly, his mother looked up and her face went blank in shock before she ran towards Aditya and hugged him tight, and Arjun followed.]

Anjana: (Crying) Adi! Adi! Mera baccha! Mera babu! Tu...Tu aa gaya?

Aditya: (Crying) Maa...Papa...Papa ko Kya...Ho Gaya?

Anjana: (Crying) Gaadi ka accident...Kal dopehar se ICU mein hai...Pata nahi bhagwaan kaisa imtehaan le raha hai!

[She looked at Zoya and Tara rather confusingly, trying to understand who these unknown females were and what they were doing with Aditya.

Zoya was beyond scared and nervous, and Arjun immediately read her face.]

Arjun: Maa...Yeh Zoya hai, Bhai ki biwi, aur yeh Tara...Unnki beti...

Zoya: (Scared) N-Namaste...

[Anjana stared at Arjun and then Aditya and Zoya in anger, but she was too upset by her husband's state to even react. At this point, all that mattered to her was her husband being alright.]

Arjun: Bhabhi, Tara, aap Log baithiye...Main abhi——

Nurse: Aap Arjun Hooda hai right?

Arjun: Ji, Kya Hua?

Nurse: Hume aur blood ki zaroorat hai

Arjun: Matlab? Kal hi toh 2 bottle laga diya tha aapne

Nurse: Haan lekin abhi aur chahiye...Jaldi kissi donor ko dhoondiye, Warna the patient can slip into coma

Arjun: (Angry) Slip into coma? Agar aur chahiye tha toh Kal Bata sakte the! Subah ke 5 baje Kaun baitha hoga khoon dene?

Nurse: Mujhe nahi pata, Bass dhoond nikaaliye

Arjun: (Angry) How irresponsible! Agar dad ko Kuch Ho Gaya toh iss hospital ko nahi chhodunga!

[Zoya got up and walked to Arjun, in an attempt to understand what was going on]

Zoya: Kya Hua?

Arjun: Hume khoon chahiye! Ab Subah ke 5 baje kahaan se milega khoon!

Zoya: Unnka blood group Kya hai?

Arjun: B positive! Maa ka A hai, Mera aur Adi ka AB! Family mein kissi ka same blood group hai hi nahi! Agar dad coma mein slip Ho gaye toh...

Zoya: Humaara blood group B positive hai!

[Arjun, Aditya and Anjana looked at Zoya with the most hopeful look on their faces. Almost like god had sent the solution to all their problems through Zoya.]

Aditya: K-Kya?

Zoya: Haan! Nurse! Nurse! Humaara blood group B positive hai, hum khoon dene ke liye taiyaar hai

Nurse: Itna aasaan nahi hota hai...Reception mein jaakar form bhariye, phir poore body test ke baad hi hum blood le sakte hain

[About one and a half hours later, Zoya lied down on the bed, while Aditya stood besides her and watch her blood fill up the blood bag.

He refused to believe why Zoya curtly agreed to help and donate her blood.

At around the same time, Anjana walked up to her, and this time Zoya noticed that she looked less angry.]

Anjana: (Putting her hand on Zoya's) T-Thank you, Zoya...

Zoya: (Smiling) Aapko thank you bolne ki zaroorat nahi hai, yeh humaara farz hai

[Later, it had been 3 hours since Zoya had given her blood, and they sat outside patiently, until the doctor came out.]

Arjun: Doctor! Doctor!

Doctor: You are very lucky, Mr. Hooda, uss emergency blood donation ki wajah se aapke dad khatre se baahar hai! Hum Aaj shaam ko unhe private ward mein shift karenge, no need to worry

[Anjana and Aditya burst into tears before hugging each other and crying, and Zoya too burst into tears, folding her hands in prayer, thanking her god.

She knew he would fix things.]

Arjun: Thank you! Thank you doctor!

[Anjana walked towards Zoya, folding her hands before hugging Zoya tight.]

Anjana: Tumne unnki Jaan bacchaa Li hai...T-Thank you...T-Thank you...

Zoya: (Crying) Bass bhi kijiye m-maaji...Aapko thank you bolne ki zaroorat nahi hai

[As Aditya watched Anjana and Zoya hug, he couldn't believe that marrying Zoya would have so many changes. He didn't believe that Zoya would stand besides him, like a rock. Why was this 'compromise' seeming to turn into something else?]

Arjun: Mom, Kal se Kuch nahi khaaya hai, ab chalein?

Anjana: (Wiping her tears) Haan...Chalo...Adi, Zoya, tum dono bhi chalo

Aditya: Uh...Hum baad mein aayenge...

Arjun: Tara, Chachu ke saath chaloge?

Tara: Haan!

[Arjun picked Tara up before walking with Anjana outside.

Zoya smiled to herself upon seeing the sight and turned around and walked back towards Aditya.]

Zoya: Humne kaha tha na, Sab theek——

[Suddenly, Aditya wrapped his arms around Zoya before hugging her tight and crying, whilst resting his Chin on her shoulder. Though Zoya was much shorter than Aditya, it was rather cute to see Aditya bend down so much to hug Zoya.

Zoya slowly broke from the hug and gently cupped his face, while her thumb gently wiped his tears away.]

Zoya: Ab kyun ro rahe hai aap?

Aditya: Thank you, Yaar...Tumne...Tumne Dad ki hi nahi, meri jaan bachaa Li...Tum pe Zindagi bhar ehsaan——

Zoya: Kya keh rahe hai aap? Kya humaare shauhar ka parivaar humaara parivaar bhi nahi hai?

Aditya: (Confused) Shauh——Kya? Tumhaari Urdu, dimaag ki dahi bana deti hai, kasam se

Zoya: Jaise aapka ghamand aur gussa humaare dimaag ki dahi bana deti hai, kyun?

Aditya: Zoya agar dad ko Kuch Ho Gaya hota toh Main Sach mein marr hi——

Zoya: (Covering his mouth) Khuda na karein! Sab theek Ho Gaya hai, Ab yeh Sab chhodiye aur muskuraayie

[Zoya realised that her hand was covering his mouth and looking embarrassed, she pulled her hand away before looking elsewhere. But this antic only made Aditya smile at her.]

Aditya: Arjun aur Mom Jab waapis aayenge tab hum Kuch khaane jaayenge

Zoya: Haan, Haan...Aapne toh Kal subah se kuch nahi khaaya hai

Aditya: Tumne bhi kahaan khaya hai? Mera khyaal rakhne ke chakkar mein, apni pyaari chai bhi qurbaan kar di...

Zoya: Hmm...Lekin aaj kal aapke bina chai bhi kaafi pheenki lagne lagi hai...

[Zoya realised that she had been thinking out loud and Aditya looked at her in surprise before bursting into laughter, while Zoya hid her face in embarrassment.]

Zoya: Woh...Pata nahi muh se Kya nikal gaya...

Aditya: Koi baat nahi, Aaj bahut chai pi lenge, tum jitna chaho

Zoya: Mazaak bana rahe hai aap?

Aditya: Aisa hi Kuch samajh lo!

[Zoya sighed before smiling, and at that moment, when Aditya laughed and looked at her, something happened to him.

It was possibly at that moment that he realised that he was beginning to like Zoya.
