Hi there! Though this book can be read as a series of its own, it is an alternate version of another book. So, I'd appreciate it a lot if you guys read the original series too!

The original is a teen mystery series written by @CallmeBethel which features Max Ryder, a young genius boy (with serious social interaction issues O_O) who starts off his boarding school on a normal note just to get embroiled into all sorts of mysteries - ranging from a sabotaged horse race to secrets challenging the nation's integrity.

In my eyes, the book's a treat. The side characters are really well designed, with their own endearing traits and annoying habits. The plots are to die for (but don't really die so that you can proceed to the next chapter!) And some of the inter-character relationships and interactions are just... *speechless*
