Shadow's P.O.V

I appeared at fakers house and knocked on his door. He answered with his smiled and his greetings with blaring noise comming from the house. "ya ya ya" I said, "have you seen a girl with (h/c) (h/l) or not".

"Yes I have actually." He replied

"Let me see her."

"Why?" he asked

"Just let me" I responded annoyed. He sighed and let me passed through after a loud crash in the next room. I walked inside to see _______ helping manic out

"Thanx dudette" manic thanked

"Your welcome" ______ replied. I walked over to her, grabbed her hand and walked outside a dumbfounded ______ behind me.

"Shadow? What are you doing here?" _____ questioned.

"You're not getting too close to them are you. You know what happens when people get to close." I warned her

"Yes I do! But I am tired of being treated like shit in that so called evil lair! Being called all the hypocritical things that eggsucker says gets on my nerves and what's even worse you are barely around so you don't even know that it happening! You are continuously on missions far away! So I am the only one taking all this shit!" ______ said furiously and sadly almost in tears in fact. I felt quiet guilty, she does have to take quiet a lot of shit over these years.

I sighed "You are not going back are you." She shook her head no, I sighed again. "You can stay. I won't tell." She suddenly hugged me, I stumbled back a little but returned the hug. She thanked me and ran back inside.

~Months later~

______'s P.O.V

I have been here without a care, everyone is so nice! Shadow did move out of eggman's 'lair' into a log cabin not to far away so he easily check up on me if I get too 'out of hand'. I might have grown more attached to one certain Blue boy than the others lets just say. And yes I did tell everyone eventually where I was originally, the actual reason why I was supposed to be there and that shadow was my big bro. Though right now sonic is being a big pain in ass.

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" Sonic yelled as he held onto the back door as if his life depended on it... well in some cases it might, but he is exaggerating he is not listening to anything I say! So I make a proposition for him.

"Sonic Maurice Hedgehog! If you go in the damn pool I will give you a chilli dog!" I bribed.

"Hmmmmm.... tempting... but NO!" he refused.

"I will teach ya."

He finally lets go and quickly was by my side swim trunks and all "Lets go" he smiled.

I face palmed and walked into the deserted part of the beach and entered the water holding a hand that belongs to a quivering blue hedgehog. "Alrighty, now lets just start with floating oh and by the way you move is to kick your legs. Now just relax your body and feel as if your napping on your tree." I said. Sonic nodded shakily "I will bring you to the surface sonic, Don't worry okay."

He nods again, closing his eyes and relaxed his legs till he was floating "okay I am going to let go but don't panic I will still be here okay" I said reassuringly as I let him go. 'HE IS FLOATING!!' I thought, yeah I thought that for about 2 seconds. He started to sink like a rock and me being stupid going to the deep end I had to swim down to a panicing sonic, and to be honest wasn't that good at swiming so I started to lose my breathe and started to sink also, thankfully for me sonic still had quiet a bit of breathe left and swam to the top me in his arms his legs moving fairly quickly.

We reach the beach panting, exaughted. "Thank you sonic."

"No *pant* problem." Once our breathe came back north sonic started to laugh a little

"What are you laughing at bub?"

"I just learned how to swim and I just saved you from drowning!" He laughed out. I blushed

"Well...um... hey.. I guess you did huh... Good job sonic." I congradulated him smiling.

"Guess I should get a reward~" He smirked and I blushed

"Okay, What do you want" I said rolling my eyes chuckling

"You to be mine~" this made me blush hard as I grinned widly

"You're too slow to ask~"
