my girlfriend is getting me a limited time pendant

her mom is buying it for her to give it to me

that's the pendant

it's pretty

but my girlfriend is telling me she has to get both of her ears pierced for her mom to get her the pendant

she already agreed to it

so im getting the pendant

and my girlfriend is getting pierced ears

she told me it's her job to make me happy and piercing her ears is worth it

she makes me feel good in ways my family can't

but still

it's my job to make her happy, too.
