I have finished watching ZI-O Episode 15

Oma ZI-O send his 7 time machines called "Dai Mazine" to destroy the world, those machine appeared in Sougo's dream, in his dream he can only watch and do nothing until a mysterious man with a black hat approach him and says: "From the beginning you were born, you are a king. You will become the King that will save the world"

Also Oma ZI-O's underling came to kill Tsukuyomi and Geiz

Decade sent ZI-O and Tsukuyomi catching up to Sougo with his ability to year 2068, when those two arrives a Dragreder summon by Oma ZI-O teleport both Sougo and Tsukuyomi in front of Oma ZI-O.

Sougo become mad because he saw himself become the future demonic king and of course ZI-O's attacks are futile because Oma ZI-O have the power of the Legend Riders.
