It is summoned from "Quiz Pendant" and in order for Mondo to henshin he will need "Quiz Topper" The main command key. It slots onto the middle of the Quiz Driver, enabling transformation. To transform, the Quiz Topper takes a question mark-like form called "Question Mode".
 

To activate deathblows, the Quiz Topper takes an exclamation mark-like form called "Symbolic Mode".

When the its inserted to the slot it the Quiz Driver will announce "Final Quiz Flash!" and Mondo will announce his rider kick name "Question Kick!". Quiz Jumps in the air only to be hidden by a giant sign with two panels marked "O" and "X" respectively. He then breaks through the correct panel with his foot, resulting in the two symbols combining, and kicks the enemy.

Quiz's main fighting style is to to ask opponents questions in battle. If an opponent is unable to answer Kamen Rider Quiz correctly, they will receive a painful electric shock.
