SOUGO Tokiwa aka "The Original Sougo", Kamen Rider Barlckxs. 
His transformation pose is almost close to Black RX’s early initiation. But instead of moving his right hand lower like Black RX, he moves his right hand from the sky to his face like how Mutsuki Kamijou transforms.

Kagen aka Kamen Rider Zonjis transformation sequence is similar to Kamen Rider J and ZO.

Also he can remove his mantle.

Jogen aka Kamen Rider Zamonas.
Just like the Amazons Riders in the series, Jogen has no transformation pose, let alone a psychotic grin just like Jin Takayama, as he just rotates his Ziku-Driver after saying Henshin.

These guys used the power of Kamen Rider who are not counted as Heisei Rider line-up. Black RX, ZO, Shin, J are counted as Showa Rider, While Amazons Rider from Kamen Rider Amazons series are the re-imagined of the original Kamen Rider Amazon but not counted as one of the Heisei Rider.

While details involving his history is unknown, this is the original Sougo Tokiwa who reigns as the king of time using modern Sougo as his decoy to draw the attention of his enemies. His goal is to erase the current Heisei Era and replace it with a new one.

His power like Oma ZI-O, he can use the power of Legend Riders, and capable of nullifying the power of any Rider, as he was able to nullify the Heisei Riders summoned by GrandZi-O.

So there 4 different versions of Sougo Tokiwa: Sougo Tokiwa (The protagonist of the series), Sougo Tokiwa (Mirror World ver.), Sougo Tokiwa (Future/Oma ZI-O), and SOUGO Tokiwa (The Leader of Quartzer).
