Warning: I tried to make a light 'steamy' chapter for grown ups Fang and Ying. Fear not for this isn't a 'you know thing'. This is a random chapter. Also, prepare to eat a lot of Donut Lobak Merah paired with tea!

Hearing her low and heavy breathing, her misty blue eyes locking into his red ones, her flushed cheeks and her messy black hair, he couldn't help but blush. She was reaching out to his damp face and rested her thumb on each of his now rosy cheeks. "Fang..." He couldn't help melt at her breathless voice.

"Yi-Ying?" He called, worried at her new expression.

He took a second to look beside and under him. They were exchanging a heated kiss on a couch, and his colleague's hair was not in its usual neat style. They were on a heated moment, not until she broke the thrill.

Her once misty eyes were replaced by a surprised look. She ultimately pushed him away from her as she ran a few steps away from his enchanted thoughts.

Ying never thought that this would happen and she blamed her stupid hormones silently. She frustratedly walked back and forth, covering her swollen lips. It was the moment she realized that Fang was still sitting on the couch, contemplating of what had happened.

She selfishly breathe in a panic expression, "It was just an accident, right?" She started biting her nails in wide eyes and panic.

Fang was staring on the metallic floor of his own spaceship, listening to her quiet curses which made him guilty. He blamed himself for being the one who kissed her first but damn, why wasn't she stopped him before the kiss deepened?

Ying's heart raced when his red eyes landed silently at her blue orbs. He silently asked, "Why... Didn't you stop me before... It happened?" That question made her mouth agape and she look at him like he was crazy, "Y-You... I mean, I- I wasn't in my proper thoughts..."

Feeling hurt at her obliviousness and innocence, he interrupted, "Forget it," he left the couch as he adjusted his misplaced collar but wasn't aware how his unruly hair was messier than usual. He walked past by Ying and never spoken to her again.

They both maintained their usual everyday life- doing missions together. But Fang was becoming colder than usual. Often times, Fang would still think about that 'incident'. He kept telling himself that it was only a dream, but the more he lied, the more it made him convinced that Ying 'probably' probably likes him too. With the way on how she shyly replied to his kiss, how her arms wrapped gently around his neck, how her hands loosened his tie on his collar, and how he got more turned on at her hand grabbing his hair.

Oh! Thinking about it made his mouth water and at the same time, stupid. And angry.

Usually he would like to tease her time after time but Ying was somehow thankful about the silent treatment he was giving her.

She would constantly pushed that thought aside and continued to maintain professionalism on his colleague. Even if she knew that this made Fang irritated. Ying was becoming aware of what she had felt during that incident and keep on scolding herself for being intoxicated by her Superior's sultry voice and calm actions. Now, she mentally took notes about controlling herself around the man. For Kokoci's Sake! She's aware that he is only teasing her!

Unconsciously, it was making her deny her feelings for the humanoid alien.

Knowing him now, Fang would eat more of his carrot donuts when he is either stressed out or frustrated, and it worries her. Being oblivious as she is, she tried to ask what was wrong with him one day.

Looking out on the dark and vast empty space by the big glass window, he was holding up a plate of his favorite donut. Munching silently like he was angry at everything, Ying joined him with a cup of her favorite tea. "I hope TAPOPS station will come back. It has been years since Admiral Tarung announced to officially close TAPOPS." She sighed, "I miss everyone."

Fang's red eyes looked down at her small figure and continued munching the donut. He heard him continue, "What is wrong with you? You're eating too much of those donuts."

He grunted, "Mind your own business, Midget."

She pressed in, "You are on your tantrums again. Who is more immature between us now? Can you..." She sighed and prayed for more patience, "At least tell me what is bothering you? It is affecting our relationship as partners for this mission. I have swallowed my pride to confront you because this is for the sake of the mission. I hope this will get into your head, Fang."

The usual sweet donut suddenly became salty on his tongue, "Are you oblivious or just plain stupid?" He saw her changed expression.

Her face became red with sudden anger, "If you are frustrated, you can put the blame on me! It is fine, as long as it will make you feel good! Belittle me, tell me about all your complaints! Tell me how useless and stupid I am to be partnered with an overly confident and arrogant alien like you!"

She was starting to regret why she had approached him. Fang maintained a stoic look at her, however, what gagged her was when he threw the plate beside him, not caring at his favorite donuts and the splatters on the metallic floor.

Without warning, he grabbed Ying on the wrist and pinned her on the wide glass window. He hovered close to her figure, expression unreadable which made Ying shivered. Her panic expression was evident on her blushing face. He started teasing her, "What's the matter? You remembered something?"

Ying tried to reply but she stuttered, making Fang grinned. He continued, his voice deeper than usual, "Tell me, Ying. Have you been keeping secrets from your Mission Leader?" He tugged some of her hair, "You said earlier that it is fine for you if I would take the blame on you. Now," he paused.

Ying clenched both of her sweaty palms, anticipating a slap from him. But to her surprise, a shaky and warm lips landed on her forehead.

It took him a few silence to quietly say, "You aren't stupid... You aren't useless either. You're..." She slowly dared to peek at his shy expression, "You're just annoying,"

Something from his shy expression tugged her chest and made her blush.

"I hate how I can't properly convey my feelings to you. But... The kiss we shared last time," Remembering 'that' she blushed harder, making the tip on her ears red. Fang continued, "I can't just forget it... Ying, tell me." Fang looked into her blue and nervous eyes. "Tell me why you didn't stopped me? Tell me... Why you kissed me back,"

Stuttering, she was fidgeting her fingers, unable to answer his curiosity for a moment. However, Fang patiently waited until she regained her strength, "I-I... Actually don't know. S-Something told me to kiss you back." Her expression was guilty and at the same time apologetic as she bowed down her head, "I am sorry for my insolent behavior!"

"Did... You, uhm... Like it?" Fang avoided her surprised gaze at her, letting go of her.

He couldn't help but hide his red face by turning his back on her. Ying was standing there, contemplating on what to say or even to think. Fang turned his head to take a peek on her, she was just clutching on her heavy chest, an unexplainable feeling enveloped her confused mind. "I..."

Witnessing her expression, her shy agape mouth quivered and then she unconsciously bit her lower lip, looking enchanted and confused by her own thoughts. Ladies and gentlemen, it was our Spikehead's turn to be shocked. He was on the state of denial and seeing her confused expression made him wanting to fly on the air, throwing confetti to himself.

Ying was still silent and speechless which made him worry about her. He walked near her and patted her head softly. "It's okay, Ying. Don't... Bother about it. F-Forget about it."

He saw her blinking back to consciousness. She saw how he suddenly radiated a rare warm smile at her. She was dreaming... Right?

Fang cleared his throat and looked away at her, changing the subject, "Oh! Look! The floor is messy!" He pointed a finger on his beloved wasted donuts, "Who dared to threw my donuts on the floor-- wait. Oh," he sheepishly scratched his head. "I'm going to clean this up." He immediately ran away to get a broom and a dustpan for cleaning.

Usually he would command her to clean up his mess when he is in his tantrums but right now... Why is he radiating a light and warm atmosphere which made her chest ache more?

Ying mumbled, "I may be having a serious heart disease. I better call Yaya!" She ran to the opposite side with an urgent and panic expression on her face. She had clearly forgotten on finishing her cup of tea.
