The world is about to know about MS Dhoni's little sister.

Is Siya ready to be in the public eye?

~~~~~~~
A few days later, Mahi leaves for Chennai with his family to join his team for the training camp that was due to start in the following week.
Siya was introduced to all the members of the team, including the support staff.
Sonu (Suresh Raina) took up the responsibility of making the proper introductions, so that Siya knows who to go to for any kind of situation.
Just when Sonu was about to introduce Siya to Jaddu (Sir Ravindra Jadeja), Mahi shouts, "Keep her away from that prankster and Jaddu, don't you dare teach her any of your mischief."
Jaddu makes an innocent face and asks, "Mahi Bhai, maine kya kiya?" (Mahi Bhai, what did Ido?)
Everyone starts laughing when they hear Mahi retort, "No need to pretend to be an innocent kid in front of me. Main teri saari harkate achhe se jaanta hu (I know all about yourantics.)."
Bravo then decides to start a dance party and everyone joins in, including Siya, who was loving the family like atmosphere.
~~~~~~~

The following week, all the boys start practicing together, while their partners spend time together lounging around and catching up with each other.

Siya hangs out with the ladies the first day, but she gets bored easily, so Sakshi tells her husband to take her with him for his practice sessions.

Mahi agrees knowing very well that Siya would prefer to play with the boys over hanging around with the other ladies.

When Siya was told about the change of plans, she started jumping around in joy at the prospect of playing all day and having fun with the team.

Mahi had a habit of keeping his sister's bat and pads in his kit bag because he wanted her to earn her first kit bag, just like he had.

They both practised together at the JSCA stadium, so it also didn't make sense for them to carry two individual kit bags to the stadium.

~~~~~~~
The next day, the boys are surprised to see little Siya joining them for practice because only Sonu knew that Mahi actually trained with his little sister at home.
Siya starts off by warming up with the boys, before joining her Sonu Bhai and Jaddu Bhai for fielding practice as ordered by her brother.
Sonu was quiet surprise to see just how good Siya's reflexes were, while Jaddu enjoyed competing with the young girl to see who could hit the stumps more often.
After some time, the players decided to take a break because they were tired, but Jaddu said that he wanted to practice some more and tried to force Mahi to join him.
Mahi tries to convince him otherwise but since nothing was working, he instead asks, "What kind of practice do you want to do?"
Jaddu replies, "Obviously bowling practice na. Abhi toh sirf fielding practice kiya (Now I only did fieldingpractice.)."
Mahi says, "Achha then take Siya with you. Gudiya, go pad up."
Siya jumps up excitedly and runs to remove her gear from her brother's kitbag.
Sonu asks, "Why are you carrying her gear with you?"
Mahi shrugs and replies, "I always carry it in my kit bag because we go for practices together in Ranchi."
Jaddu looks a little nervous and asks, "Bhai, are you sure about this?"
Mahi smiles and replies, "She has faced Sachin Paaji's bowling, so I think she can handle yours as well. Besides I even train her for fast bowling with the bowling machine in the stadium."
Ashwin looks intrigued and asks, "Can I also bowl a few balls to her?"
Mahi chuckles and replies, "She'll be more than happy to practice with more bowlers. I can't really bowl with much variation."
Just then Siya comes completely ready in proper gear and says, "Let's go Jaddu Bhai, before Bhaiya changes his mind."
Jaddu goes to the nets with the over excited young girl, while Mahi shakes his head, chuckling.
Ashwin also follows them, while closely watching the two kids, one physically and one mentally.
The other players of the team were also quite curious to watch Siya bat, so Mahi announces that they will all sit near the nets.
Sonu notices how Siya gets ready exactly the same way as her brother does and asks, "Does she always get ready like this or is she mimicking your actions for fun?"
Mahi replies, "Siya knows better than to mess with me. She's actually picked up on a lot of my habits."
Sonu watches Siya again and says, "It's like watching a little female version of you."
Mahi replies, "Dada also said the same thing. He calls her 'Little Mahi' sometimes."
Sonu lets out a loud laugh, earning himself a smack from his best friend and brother.
They both go back to paying attention to Siya, who had left the first two balls.
Ashwin asks, "Mahi Bhai, are you sure she can handle Jaddu's bowling?"
Mahi replies, "Just give her some time to understand his bowling style."
Just then they see Siya tightening her gloves and getting ready to face the next ball.
Sonu looks amused and asks, "She does this too?"
Mahi sighs and replies, "Yes"
Jaddu bowls his next ball and Siya swings her bat to send it flying just over his head.
Mahi smirks when he sees everyone's jaws drop upon seeing just how well the little girl had hit Ravindra Jadeja's ball.
Siya strikes the ball brilliantly a few more times, before Ashwin takes the ball.
Jaddu sits next to Mahi and says, "I hate to say this but she's really good."
Sonu adds, "I agree, but we'll have to see how she handles Ashwin of all people."
Mahi smiles and replies, "She knows how to handle mind games, if that's what you're worried about."
Sonu studies the young girl's actions and realises that Siya wasn't just countering Ashwin's mind games, but she was also messing with their most intelligent player.
Jaddu sees how well Siya was hitting Ashwin's balls and feels happy because he wasn't the only one to get hit by the young girl.
Sonu says, "Mahi Bhai, what all have you taught her? It almost looks like she's messing with Ashwin and also countering all of his tricks."
Mahi replies, "The only thing I did was watch matches and discuss them with her. I didn't really have to teach her much about how to play or handle mind games because she learnt that from all the discussions we had. There are many things you can learn by simply watching a match."
Bravo also bowls an over after Ashwin and Siya shows that she can handle pace as well.
They end their practice session on a happy note and everyone praises Siya, who just couldn't stop smiling.
~~~~~~~

It was finally the day of their first match and Siya had insisted on wearing her brother's jersey to support their team.

Mahi tried to explain that his jersey will be too big on her, but his little sister was adamant and eventually he just had to give in.

Sakshi managed to talk Siya into getting the jersey altered a little, so that it didn't end up looking like a huge potato sack on the little girl's body.

(This is a digital drawing of me when I attended a CSK match this year)

Siya sat with Sakshi in the VIP stands and cheered for the team, dancing at the fall of every wicket of the opponent and after every boundary hit by her brother's team.

The cameramen also spotted her and decided to show the little CSK cheerleader on the big screen.

Siya's face would light up even more when it was her brother who would hit a boundary, as she jumped around in joy.

Sonu noticed Siya on the big screen sometimes and pointed it out to his best friend, who just smiled and shook his head at his little sister's antics.

Siya's energy was so infectious at times, that she would even get everyone around her to stand and cheer for their beloved team.

Sonu jokingly dubbed Siya to be 'Mahi's Personal Cheerleader' and teased his best friend about it on many occasions, especially when they would be batting together.

After the matches, Mahi would chat with his teammates in the Indian Cricket Team when Siya would come running to him.

Sakshi would meet up with the better halves of the Indian players, while Mahi would introduce his teammates to his little sister.

Siya bonded well with every person her brother introduced her to and they all wished her luck for her upcoming domestic matches.

~~~~~~~
After the match with RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore), Mahi was excited to introduce his little sister to his first best friend aka Yuvi (Yuvraj Singh).
Siya ran off to play with her Cheeku Bhaiya, while Mahi was busy chatting with Yuvi and Sonu.
Suddenly Yuvi asks, "Waise Mahi, who is that girl always seen wearing your jersey in the VIP stands with Sakshi?"
Mahi was about to reply when Sonu cuts him off and says, "Arre Yuvi Pa, don't you know that Mahi Bhai has his own personal cheerleader."
Mahi shoots an annoyed look to his teammate and brother, while Yuvi still looks confused.
Sonu ignores the look his captain was giving him and says, "Arre Yuvi Pa, that dancing girl is only Mahi's personal cheerleader. Haven't you seen her jump around more when Mahi Bhai does something?"
Yuvi asks, "Arre woh sab toh theek hai, but woh ladki hai kaun?" (All that is fine but who is that girl?)
Mahi sighs and replies, "Meri choti behen" (My younger sister)
Yuvi gives his best friend a look and asks, "No seriously, who is she?"
Mahi replies, "Abhi toh bataya" (I just told you)
Yuvi says, "Oye, Jaya Di ne mujhe bataya hai ki ghar me sabse chhota tu hai (Jaya Di told me thatyou are the youngest in your family.). Now where did your younger sister come from?"
Sonu replies, "Yuvi Pa, sach hi bol raha hai Mahi (Yuvi Pa, Mahi istelling the truth only.). It's a long story, so I'll leave it to him to explain everything to you. I'm going to have some fun with Vi and Siyu."
Mahi waits for his Sonu to leave before he turns to his best friend and says, "Her name is Siya and she is really my younger sister. I'm her legal guardian, so she stays with me and Sakshi."
Yuvi listens to his best friend, as he explains about how he had met his younger sister and saved her life.
He was very angry to hear what all the young girl had to go through, but he was glad that Mahi had found her before things got worse for her.
Mahi finishes explaining everything to his best friend and says, "Sorry, I didn't tell you all this before, but I didn't really have much free time in the past few months. Dada, Sachin Paaji, Jammy Bhai and Cheeku had only met her before IPL season started."
Yuvi smiles and replies, "Arre it's okay. You've practically become a father overnight, so I can't really blame you. Abhi toh introduction kara de (Now at least introduceme to her.)."
Mahi chuckles and says, "Chal bhai, milwata hu." (Come on, I'll do theintroductions.)
Just then they turn around to see Siya falling down and Mahi immediately runs to his baby sister and tries to console her, while also checking for injuries.
Virat says, "Sorry Bhai, woh hum khel rahe the, but pata nahi kaise Siya achanak se gir gayi." (Sorry Bhai, we wereplaying but don't know how Siya fell suddenly.)
Mahi replies, "Dhyaan rakhna chahiye na. Ab chodo aur jao jaake paani lao." (You should have been more careful. Now leave that and go bring some water.)
Yuvi smiles seeing his best friend turn into a protective brother for his baby sister.
Mahi wipes his sister's tears and says, "Gudiya, please stop crying. Bhaiya is here na, everything will be fine. Bachha please calm down."
Siya starts calming down, while her brother holds her and rubs her back.
Virat comes with a glass of water and gives it to his Mahi Bhai, who takes it and helps his sister drink it slowly.
Once Siya is completely calm, Virat says, "Sorry Siyu. Did you get hurt anywhere?"
Siya shakes her head, before she hides in her brother's embrace upon seeing who was standing right behind her brother.
Mahi asks, "Gudiya, now what happened?"
Siya softly mumbles, "Bad man behind you"
Mahi hears it and wonders who the bad man could be, before he notices Yuvi standing behind him and chuckles.
Yuvi notices this and asks, "Ki hoya ab?" (Now what happened?)
Mahi shakes his head before turning back to his sister and says, "Gudiya, he's a good person. Mera best friend hai woh (He's my best friend.). At least meet him once before jumping to conclusions."
Siya holds her brother's arm tightly but agrees to his request.
Mahi calls his best friend forward and formally introduces the two.
Yuvi puts his hand forward and says, "You can call me Yuvi Pa (Pa also means big brother like Bhaiya and Bhai) like Sonu and Cheeku do."
Nervously Siya shakes his hand and replies, "Okay Yuvi Pa"
Mahi asks, "Waise, why did you call him bad man?"
Yuvi looked confused, while Siya innocently replies, "Dada told me that he troubles you a lot."
Yuvi says, "Arre, I haven't done anything to him in years. Dada kitna outdated information pass on kar rahe hai bachho ko (Dada is passing on suchoutdated information to the kids.)."
Siya looks very confused, so Yuvi explains, "I agree that used to trouble Mahi when he was new in the team. After this guy got comfortable with everyone in the team, he started troubling me."
Siya comes to her brother's defence and says, "But Bhaiya never troubles anyone. He can be strict sometimes, but it's usually for our own good."
Mahi smiles upon hearing his sister's reply, while Yuvi complains about his best friend doing some 'Kaala Jaadu' (Kaala Jaadu literally means Black Magic) on all the kids around him, making everyone around them chuckle at Yuvi's childish behaviour.
Soon the IPL season is over with CSK finishing third and qualify for the Champions League, where they end up victorious for the second time.
(This is only time that I've seen MSD stand so close to the trophy in a group photo. What do you guys think?)
MS Dhoni is invited for an interview where he is asked questions about CSK's IPL campaign, along with the Champions League win.
There are even some questions about India's international matches leading up to the World Cup, where India would be going in as the defending champions.
Towards the end of the interview, the interviewer asks, "So MS, there's a question that has been on everyone's mind after watching the IPL this year. Who is the young MS Dhoni fan that we have seen dancing in the VIP stands during your matches?"
MS looks like he was in some deep thought, so the interviewer continues, "We are referring to a young girl that was spotted next to your wife."
MS smiles and replies, "Don't worry, I know exactly who you are referring to. I'm just thinking about how I should answer your question."
The interviewer says, "Well your fans are hoping that you will tell us who she is because she looked quite close to you."
MS smiles and replies, "I'm sure everyone is close to their family members and it's the same case with me as well."
The interviewer asks, "Do you mind telling us who she is?"
MS smiles proudly and replies, "Well, her name is Siya Singh Dhoni and I'm her older brother."
The interviewer asks, "So she's your younger sister?"
MS smiles and replies, "Technically yes, but I'd rather be known as her older brother. I might be more well-known right now, but I know my sister is destined for much bigger things."
The interviewer asks, "Does she take after you in any way, I mean is she going to be a professional cricketer like you?"
MS replies, "She's definitely picked up on a couple of my habits, some good and some really annoying ones. As far as cricket as a career goes, we'll have to see because you never know what might interest a young kid enough to become their career path."
The interviewer asks, "Is there anything you can tell us about her with absolute certainty?"
MS smiles and replies, "Well I do know that she's going to take the world by storm the day she sets out to make a name for herself. Time will only tell what her career path will be."
How was the interaction between Siya and the other cricketers?
Also, is there anyone who needs me to translate any dialogue?
Let me know what you guys think ✍🏻
