Just some awkward Bruce tryna be a dad

Bruce finished the talk with an awkward sigh. He wished he could've left it to Gotham Academy to teach Dick about sex ed but with the number of days off the school had from bombings around town and various villainous exploits, he feared they'd never get the chance. "That's all well and good Bruce but I'm bi," Dick stated. Bruce stared at him for a minute then put his head in his hands. 

"I'm a terrible father," he stated. His ward gently patted him on the back. 

"It's fine." It was not fine. How could he not include the gay sex talk? He was an idiot. Dick literally came out to him a month ago and here he was telling him only half of the sex talk he needed. "Bruce it's fine. Please stop doing that face. Oh my God, Bruce, it's fine." 

Overhearing the trouble, Barry peaked in and got the gist of the situation. In hindsight, Bruce really shouldn't have done the sex talk in the watchtower but Clark said he would have to get it over and done with at some point. He had to rip it off like a bandaid. Maybe not in the watchtower but he was an awkward dad just trying to teach his son. "What's going on?"

"Bruce only gave me the straight sex talk," Dick replied.

"I can give you the gay version," Barry offered.

Many years in the future

Bruce finished both talks with an awkward sigh. Damian stared at him with a confused look. "Why did I need both?" he inquired. "And why are Grayson and West here too."

"Because I traumatized him the first time so he needed the moral support," Dick said in passing.

 "And I'm here to see him be an awkward dad. So worth the wait," Wally added.
