So, today I did something I'm really proud of!!! Let me tell you about it! :D

So today I wore this outfit while going out to buy bread and milk:

You're probably thinking: What does it have to do with the something I did that I'm proud of?

Well, the thing is, I was always really insecure about showing my body, because of some things that happened in the past and the fact I was always taught to beware strangers and be careful about pedos and other stuff.

But today I finally wore something revealing without being insecure about it!!!!

How did I do that?
A while ago, I found a tiktok on Pinterest about ways to help with insecurity and anxiety!
Let me tell you about it, 'cause it works so well!!!! (Also love to the person who made this tiktok, it helped me so much!!!)

So you have to first say something that is true and then you say something you want to be true, let me show you an example:
"That lamppost is grey and you're okay"

Easy right? :D

It helped me so much and for the first time in my life I wore something that I always wanted to wear, but was too scared to!
