After the Chicago War, the leaders of the world were frustrated about the Autobot's betrayal. The Justice League and N.E.S.T were the backbone for the Autobots. Now that NEST has been shut down, most of the troops return home to their families. Some of them stayed with the Autobots since they fought along side them for nearly a decade. As for the Justice League, they stay with the Autobots as their protectors. A new task force called Cemetery Wind has taken over to deal with the Decepticons menace.

Meanwhile at the command center in Washington, the agents who visited the base are gathered up. Just then a man arrives on the scene. He is in his mid-50s with white hair and beard. He arrives in front of the group. His name was Harold Attinger.

"Gentlemen, NEST has officially been shut down. Our new CIA unit; Cemetery Wind has been taking care of the Decepticons." He said.

"But sir, there is a problem. The leader of the Autobots has fled the base after we have arrived. He's the one who started the Chicago invasion." An agent spoke to Harold.

"I already know someone who can take care of that problem. Your mission is to find Optimus Prime and bring him here." Harold ordered.

"What about the Autobots?" The agent asks.

"If they refuse to co-operate to locate Optimus, you kill them. If you also find anyone's who's been hiding them, kill them as well." Harold spoke.

They smirk and they left the center. Cemetery Wind has now turned their attention towards the Autobots with the help of an asset.

[Meanwhile]

At her new home in Washington DC, Supergirl is flying high looking out for intruders as she and Optimus settled down. Just as she was go in the house, she saw strange men in black suits. She then floated down to them getting their attention.

"Excuse me, can I help you sir?" Supergirl asked.

"My name is James Savory. We're the Black Ops known as Cemetery Wind, and we were wondering if you seen a blue Peterbilt 379 truck with red flames?" James said.

"No I haven't seen him anywhere." She said as she quickly covers her mouth.

"Did you say "him?" James asked.

"No, I didn't, I swear!" She said.

The men then aimed their guns at her. "I'm only going ask one more time, where's the truck?!" James demanded.

Just then there was an explosion outside. Optimus had transformed and opened fire on Cemetery Wind. Supergirl then fires her heat vision at them before making a run for it. As they try to flee, Optimus immediately sends out a message to the Autobots.

"Calling all Autobots! We're under attack! Cease all contact with humans!" Optimus said.

[Bumblebee]

The Autobot scout was resting in the alley near Sam's apartment. Barry and Iris relaxing with Sam and Carly inside the building. That's when Bee received a message. He then plays it for Barry and Iris to hear.

"Calling all Autobots! We're under attack! Cease all contact with humans!" Optimus said.

"Kara and Optimus are in danger, I have to go help them." Barry said as he gets ring with his suit.

"Barry, no, they'll kill you." Iris pleaded.

"I have to help them. Bumblebee, take Iris to the rendezvous point. Keep her safe." Barry said as he puts on his suit. Sam and Carly hug them each as the two leave.

"Good luck." Sam said.

"Please be safe." Carly said.

Barry and Iris kiss one more time before he runs off to help. Iris then quickly gets into Bumblebee and they drive off.

[Ironhide]

At the Lennox residence, Cisco and Ironhide are spending time with the family when Ironhide receives the warning.

"Ironhide, what is it?" Lennox said.

"It's Prime. He wants us to cease all contact with the humans." Ironhide said.

"It's Cemetery Wind. They're looking for us." Cisco said.

"You need to leave now and don't stop." Lennox said.

They gave each other one last hug before they set off on their separate ways. Sooner or later, the others receive the message including the League members. They are ordered to flee the area never to return. But soon the Autobots are about to be hunted.

[Jolt, Mudflap, Skids]

The blue Autobot along with the Twins were driving down the road as Ray Palmer rides with Jolt when they hear the warning from Optimus.

"Calling all Autobots! We're under attack! Cease all contact with humans!"

"Hey, what is it bud?" Ray asks,

Jolt is about to leave when a few explosions occur. Mudflap and Skids are also hit by explosions. The trio comes under attack by Cemetery Wind.

"Cemetery Wind! Hurry!"

"Targets found. Hit them! Hit them!" An agent said.

A helicopter fires several missiles at Jolt. He swerves to avoid them. He is forced to transform knocking Ray as he comes under fire. Mudflap and Skids were forced to transform as well.

"The hell is this?!" Mudflap asked.

"What you doing yall? We're the good guys!" Skids said.

Jolt tries to block until a missile strikes Jolt in the leg. He falls to the ground and the Black Ops team kept shooting until he becomes weak. Ray takes cover behind a ditch to watch the whole thing.

"Gah! Why are you doing this?"

He hears footsteps and sees a Transformer walking towards him. He is neither an Autobot nor Decepticon. He has green eyes.

"Who the hell is this?!" Mudflap asks.

The lone bot's face transforms into a gun and fires at Mudflap. The red Autobot goes down.

"Mudflap!" Skids shouts at his twin brother. "I'm gonna Kung Fu grip on your ass!"

Skids draws his cannon and fires at the mysterious bot who takes little damage. He fires again and this time hitting Skids directly in the chest. He falls into the ground.

"SKIDS!" Mudflap shouts in horror. He slowly gets up and reaches towards his fallen brother. Skids sees him." I'm not leaving you, bro!"

"Neither my man." Skids said.

"Ti all are one!" The twins said the Autobot motto.

The lone bot reaches to them before grabs their sparks and pulling them out, killing both Mudflap and Skids. He reaches towards Jolt and kneels to him.

"Lockdown. How?"

"A signal made me come here. It feels ashamed to be with the humans. Your war on your planet forces you to be here. Where's Prime? Tell me and your life will be spared." Lockdown asks.

"I refuse to talk to you! Kill me and you will never find him." Jolt said.

Finding him will be hard but killing you won't be." Lockdown said.

"Til all are one!" Jolt shouts his final words.

He reaches into Jolt's chest and rips out his spark, killing him instant. He then transforms into his vehicle which is a black Lamborghini Agentador. As Lockdown drives off to hunt down Prime, a truck comes and they grab the remains of Jolt. Ray has just witnessed the murder of Jolt, Mudflap and Skids. He then transforms into his Atom suit, shrinks, and flies off to the Rendezvous point.

Kara jolty wakes up from her sleep. She breathes a bit hard and sweating a bit. She then slowly falls back to sleep. The next morning as they drove down the road, Kara was listening to some music when her communicator beeps.

"Yes?" Kara asks.

"Kara, its Ray. They came!" Ray said.

"Who?"

"Those guys known as Cemetery Wind. They came and shot us. I witness it with my own eyes." Ray said.

"No." Kara said.

"I'm sending you a video about what happen." Ray said.

The communicator creates a small screen showing Jolt, Mudflap, and Skids getting ripped apart. Kara covers her mouth in horror. She is seeing the horror with her own eyes. She then sees a Transformer walking towards them.

"Who is that?" Kara asks.

"That's Lockdown and trust me. He is on his own side." Ray said.

Lockdown then kills, Mudflaps, Skids, and Jolt by yanking out their sparks from their chests. Kara gasps and turns away from the scene. The screen dissolves. Optimus then hears Kara and tries to comfort her.

"Is everything all right, Kara?" Optimus asks.

"No. It's not. Jolt and the Twins are dead. Ray showed me what happened." Kara explained.

Optimus remembers who killed the three Autobots.

"Lockdown." He said grimly.

"You know him?"

"Yes. He's one of the most ruthless bounty hunters ever travel the far reaches of the Universe. He's here because of our war on Cybertron.

"I guess he's working for Cemetery Wind. We need to leave the country."

"What do you suggest?"

Well head to Mexico City until things cool down. Besides, the U.S forbids sending in troops unless provoked."

It has been settled. With Cemetery Wind and a bounty hunter named Lockdown hunting them, the two heads to the border checkpoint in Nuevo Laredo. They are 3 cars behind the checkpoint.

Kara then gets out her passport so they can enter. Optimus however is a bit confused.

"Why do you need a passport?" Optimus asks.

"I needed it to cross the border otherwise I be arrested without one." Kara said.

They are a car behind. Kara gets ready. They are next in line. Kara is in the driver's seat and a security guard approaches them.

"Pasaporte, por favor." Guard said.

Kara gives him her passport. A few guards search the truck for anything. He looks at the document until he gives them back to Kara.

"Gracias" Kara said.

Guard- "Denada"

He opens the gate and Kara drives across the border to Mexico. They had left the U.S to escape Cemetery Wind. Kara sighs in relived.

[Ratchet]

Ratchet, Oliver, and Felicity were on the run from Cemetery Wind and Lockdown. They somehow found the three and chased them through a swampy area. Ratchet was wounded from a missile blast. Oliver did his best to protect him.

"Oliver, you and Felicity need to get out of here!" Ratchet shouts as he fights.

"I'm not leaving you!" Oliver said as he fires another powerful arrow at the agents. Lockdown arrives and pinned down Ratchet to the ground.

"Autobots and Decepticons, fighting like children, making a mess in the universe. A mess that I got to clean up. There's only one way you'll survive. Tell me, where is he, where is Optimus Prime?" Lockdown asked.

"Never." Ratchet said.

Then Lockdown was about to finish Ratchet until a breach opened and took him away. Lockdown turns around and sees Vibe standing there.

"No one kills my friends." Vibe said firmly.

Lockdown was just about to shoot him when a blue vibrational burst knocks him away. He turns to see Ironhide there with his cannons aimed at him.

"No one touches him, punk!" Ironhide shouts. Cisco gave Ironhide's cannons an upgrade that allows his cannons to also shoot vibrational bursts like Cisco.

"Yeah, no one messes with Vibe and Ironvibe here." Vibe said.

"Ironvibe?" Ironhide asked.

"What? It's a cool name." Cisco said.

Then Oliver takes Felicity to Vibe and he and Ironhide breach out of there. Lockdown was frustrated that they got away, but saw that humans are not as weak as he thought.

"Meta-humans." He thought. He had heard about them when he arrived to Earth. That they got superpowers due to a Particle Accelerator Explosion. He'll have to hunt for them later after his mission.

[Wheeljack/Que]

In the plain fields of Nebraska, the Autobot inventor, Wheeljack hears the message. He was on the route towards them until he comes under attack by Cemetery Wind. Lockdown arrives and asked Wheeljack where Optimus is. He refuses and gets executed by the bounty hunter.

It was early in the morning in Mexico when Kara jolty wakes up. She knows another Autobot has been killed by Lockdown. They drove down the road for almost 5 and a half hours until they finally made it to Mexico City. Since the city does not have Energon detectors, it was a good place for refuge. For almost several months, they had been hiding from Cemetery Wind. Barry then arrives where they are hiding to aid them if needed. They blended in the local population. Things change once more, but this time it was worse. At a rental apartment, Kara was eating dinner. She sits down on the couch and flips on the TV to hear the news.

Kara turns off the set in fear. The word has been spread to Mexico to search for Optimus Prime. She then flees the apartment, a man with glasses sees her and quietly follows her. She reaches to the warehouse where Barry was with Optimus.

"Optimus, Barry, we have to go." Kara said.

Just then there was an explosion that blasts the doors open. Barry and Kara quickly switch into their suits. When the smoke cleared, a bunch of men with guns open fire on Optimus who quickly transformed.

"Supergirl, get out of here!" Optimus said.

"Optimus!" Kara shouts.

"I will come back!" Optimus said.

"Optimus!" Barry shouts to Optimus.

Barry grabs Kara and runs out of there. Just then a soldier sees Barry and aims his rifle. He fires and the bullet almost hit his stomach but Barry caught it.

They continue to fly and run away. Meanwhile, Optimus comes under heavy fire from Cemetery Wind. Optimus sees a Cabover truck and scans it quickly. As he changes, a missile struck him near his spark. He falls to the ground in pain. As Barry run, Kara turns to watch Optimus struggles to fight for his life. They have no choice to head back to the U.S.
