Believe it or not...This OC is probably the newest OC I created...as a little appreciation to Chou, which is my new main, and my ship HanaChou XD.

Skills:

Passive: Roundhouse Slice.

Effect: After every 4 basic attacks, the next basic attack slices all enemies in a fan-shaped area, dealing damage equal to (60-180+10% of enemy Max HP) and slow them by 60% for 1.5 seconds. Enka's attack speed increases faster than normal from leveling up, but is reduced by 30% from equipments.

Active 1: Earth Buckle

CD: 10 seconds

Effect: Enka jumps and did a somersault kick to an area, dealing 200-350 (+80% Physical ATK) points of Physical Damage to all enemies in the area and immobilizes them for 1 second. Tap the skill again to launch a high kick onto one immobilized enemy, dealing 50% of the damage and knock the target up.

Active 2: Scarlet Absorption

CD: 10 seconds

Effect: Enka dashes onto a designated spot. If there's a target (minion, hero or jungle) on the destination, they receive 170 (+50% Physical ATK) and knock the target up for awhile. Meanwhile if the target has Mana/Energy, absorb 30-45% of the Mana/Energy and convert it into Shield.

Ultimate: Acid Terror

CD: 35 seconds

EffectL Enka kicks the enemy six times and stunning them, each dealing 80 (+35% Physical ATK) points of Damage. If the enemy was knocked up when this skill was released, the enemy remains knocked up instead of being stunned and Enka deals the seventh kick, dealing 110 (+55% Physical ATK) and knock the target back.

(Pretty much like Chou except with Franco's Ult effect, and no first kick that knocked the target back)

Information: Enka Mujou was the son of Hanabi, the scarlet flower ninja, and Chou, the Kungfu Boy. Inherited the gentleness of his father and the focus and agility of his mother. Being taught on the the basic Martial Arts and Kungfu, he grew into a strong but wise individual, refusing to fight a useless battle and solving problem as peacefully as possible.

During his young days, he would always be found meditating or training, but sometimes he would also visit his relatives, especially when his parents wanted to. 

A quirk of him is that he would never be angry or annoyed even when he is insulted, sometimes confused the people around him.
