Effect: Being helpful and caring, Luce is always giving her all to help her allies, each Assist she gives will add 10 Physical ATK and 10 Magic Power to all her allies. Also, she granted 20-90% extra HP Regen and 10% extra movement speed to an ally anytime he/she approaches her. Buff lasts 15 seconds, cooldown is 75 seconds (for each ally).

2nd Passive: Risk Cast

Effect: Luce's spells are tricky and exhaustive. As such, all CD reduction items have their reduction effects reduced by 60%

1st Skill: Holy Sanctuary (HEAL)

Effect: Luce summons a healing portal in a circular-shaped area. Allies inside the portal will recover 50-130 (+70% Magic Power) of HP every second. Lasts 5 seconds.

2nd Skill: Turn Buff (AoE)

Effect: Luce casts a spell in a fan-shaped area, dealing 200-325 (+120% Magic Power) points of Magic Damage to all enemies in the area. If enemy is Buffed (Gold Buff or Jungle Buff), deals extra (100% Magic Power) points of True Damage and removes the buff, also stuns the target for 0.75 seconds.

Ultimate: Magnificat (HEAL/Damage)

Mana: 150, CD: 30 seconds

Effect: Luce inspires all allies surrounding her. For 7.5 seconds, heals 200-300(+150% Magic Power) points of HP and 100-150 (+75% Magic Power) points of Mana every 1.5 seconds. Enemies in the healing area will receive the same amount as Magic Damage and blinds the target by 40% while in the area.

Information:
Priestess Luce Natigra was the daughter of the Light Assassin Natalia and the Warrior of Dawn Tigreal. Raised in the Light-filled environment, Luce grew up into a cheerful and soft, caring girl. Shares her mother's interest in photography.

She was a pretty cute, innocent girl which makes many people fall in love with her. However she chose to dedicate her life to the church, as it was the place that had raised her beloved parents, and become a priestess.
