It's been a five years since Kai started living in Kami's home...and he only learned so little about him. He only knew that he liked to knit, cook and make cute stuffed animals. The fact the he only learned his hobbies was an accomplishment...a small one, but an accomplishment none the less. Sighing...he started thinking on their last conversation.

Was his friends and sister treating him poorly? Sure...he was hotheaded and was known to rush into battle, but he wasn't the weak link..Was he? 

"I wish that I knew more about Kami?" Kai asked before he walked out of his room and saw the garden. He never noticed it before since he was forcefully kidnapped and was still trying to wrap his head around his newfound fiancé. 

As he stepped out...he felt his nervousness melt away making him temporary forget about his recent troubles. As he walked through it..he noted all of the unusual flowers that intrigued him since none of them grew in Ninjago. When he went deeper, Kai noticed a bridge that lead to a seemingly rainbow colored tree. 

As he got closer...Kai sat down on the trunk and remembered all of his happy memories that he had. When suddenly...Kami showed up.

I see you noticed the garden.

"It's beautiful." Kai said.

It truly is. So Kai..Are you enjoying your time here?

"To be honest...I've haven't. It's not you...but, I'm still thinking about this whole marriage thing along with my friends and family." Kai said.

I'm sorry about that. I should've gone the more traditional way to gain your heart..but instead I acted rapidly.

"Thanks for apologizing, but...that doesn't change what's been done. Besides I still need to learn more about you." Kai said.

Which isn't unexpected since you were forced here. 

"Since I wasn't being treated like a goddess?" Kai said with a hidden smirk making Kami blush. Paving the way for their relationship to bloom while Kai's friends and family were still looking for him.
