This is dark. 

As Kai was waiting for some food, he couldn't help himself from being disappointed. Disappointed that he failed in taking his own life and causing his friends to get worried about him.

You're a failure. You can't do anything right.

Kai felt tears coming to his eyes when he heard that. Because he was right...he couldn't do anything right. He hated it and most importantly..he hated himself. Why was he such a failure?

Everyone will be better off without you.

It was true. He was always causing his family and friends grief...it was time for him to end it all. However, he knew that his teammates already hide everything that he could use. They would also never leave him alone since they spotted him attempting to take his own life. But before he could think about this issue further...a plate of grilled cheese sandwiches was placed in front of him.

Just the smell made his stomach grumble and he couldn't help himself from licking his lips. He was extremely hungry since he stopped eating all those days ago..yet he couldn't lift his hands to take a bite. Why should he? If he was going to spend another day living?

Another day walking along people?

Another day causing his family pain?

"Kai. Aren't you going to take a bite?" Zane asked. Kai was almost going to make up an excuse, but that would just worry his family more. And he couldn't just throw it up when they're not looking either since he was sure that they placed cameras around the area since he was acting so weird. 

So Kai slowly raised his hands and picked up one of the grilled cheese sandwiches. He wanted to stop it from entering his disgusting body and giving him another day living. He slowly opened his mouth and took a huge bite..almost causing him to gag. It was delicious yet also poison to Kai which didn't go well for his stomach. 

"I..It's delicious. Thank you Zane." Kai said with a fake smile. Which Zane picked up on, but never said anything back...he had to report this to the others. Whatever's going on with Kai is still effecting him and if they don't do something soon...

They may every well be down one ninja.
