It had just been a normal day in the city of Tokyo, Japan. It was nighttime, everyone was either asleep or about to be asleep. A light rain fell upon the city, making the night a dark and cold one. Other than that, all was well.

Then he arrived.

There wasn't much of a warning. It had been too dark to see anything coming. But the people of Tokyo knew they were in big trouble when they heard that deep bellow. Then the night sky was lit up with flames. Japan was under attack.

Marching through the human city, Gojira let out another thundering roar. Building cracked and crumbled under his huge paws. Looking up, he spotted a tower, untouched by the destruction all around. The white spots on his back glowing brightly, the black kaiju cat inhaled deeply before releasing his atomic breath. The tower was no more.

Gojira smiled. He was enjoying this very much. The screams of the pesky little humans were music to his ears. It was delightful. He scoffed irritably as he thought of the other kaiju cats. How did they not enjoy activities such as this? How could they enjoy sharing an entire planet with the fleas known as the human race? The humans had done nothing but ruin the earth. And the king knew that they would continue to do so until nothing was left.

Something had to be done.

Firing his atomic breath again, Gojira watched as an entire street exploded into flames. Plodding along through the city, the kaiju cat took note that everywhere he walked there was utter destruction. Buildings were reduced to rubble and roads now depicted his enormous paw print. And of course there was the blazing fire burning rampant throughout the city. The humans who were still alive were screaming in fear and pain and agony.

Gojira smiled to himself. This was just the first step in his master plan. The plan to rid the world of humans. Satisfied with the chaos he had caused tonight, the black kaiju cat turned and left, making his way back towards the sea. He would come back later and finish the job, once the humans had enough time to digest his message.
