The episode starts with naira getting ready as she has to go to the temple to get married with kartik .

Suddenly she got kartik's phone .

Naira ( wearing earring , putting the phone on speaker ) - Hello
Kartik - Hello naira
Naira - Kya hua kartik mei bas aa rahi hu .
Kartik - Woh tum jaldi se ready hokar neeche aa jao mei tumhe lene aaya hu .
Naira - Ok my mendak .

Naira got ready and went downstairs . Everyone saw her .

Naitik - Princess itna tayaar hokar kaha jaa rahi ho .
Naira - Papa woh mei mandir jaa rahi ho .
Naksh - Chal mei tujhe chodh deta hu .
Naira - Nahi bhai uski zarrot nahi hai mei khud chali jaungi .
Naksh - Ok . Dhyaan rakhna apna .

Naira nodded and hugged him . Naksh smiled and reciprocated the hug . She hugged everyone and took blessings from the elders .

Outside -

Naira came outside and saw kartik waiting for her . She came to him and patted his back .

Kartik ( seeing her , putting his hand on his heart ) - Haaye !!!!!!

Naira blushed listening to kartik .

Kartik ( cupping her face ) - Kuch jayada hi gazab nahi dha rahi aap aaj . Itna bhi gazab na dhaaye kahi pata chale hum maar hi na jaaye .
Naira ( keeping her finger on his mouth , hitting his chest ) - Kyu bakwaas kar rahe ho kartik . Please aisa mat bolo .
Kartik - Ok ok . Ab chalo warna late ho jayega .

Naira nodded and kartik made her sit inside . He also sat inside the car and started driving .

After sometime -

Naira got a call from her doctor from the hospital .

Naira - Hello doctor
Doctor - Hello naira
Naira - Something important ??
Doctor - Yes please immediately come to city hospital .
Naira - Ok doctor .

Naira cutted the call and saw towards kartik who was seeing confusingly towards her .

Naira - Kartik please tum city hospital ki taraf loge woh actually mujhe kuch dino se theek nahi lag raha tha so meine check up karaya tha toh shayad ussi ki reports aayi hogi doctor ne immediately mujhe hospital bulaya hai .
Kartik - Ok bacha .

Kartik turned his car towards the hospital .

City hospital -

Kaira reached the hospital . They came inside and from the reception they asked for naira's doctor and got to know his cabin and they went to his cabin .

Doctor's cabin -

Kaira entered inside . They greeted the doctor and he said them to sit down . Kartik pulled naira's chair and made her sit and sat beside her on another chair .

Doctor ( pointing towards kartik ) - So he's your going to be husband . Right
Naira - Yes doctor .
Kartik ( forwarding his hand ) - Hello doctor . Myself kartik goenka .
Doctor ( shaking his hand ) - Hello mr.goenka .
Naira - Doctor you said that you want to tell me something important .
Doctor - Yes so naira some days ago you came here for your check up and your reports have came and there is a bad news that there is a clot in your brain . And to take it out we need to do a surgery and if the surgery would not be done your life will on stake .

The doctor told other things also . Listening to all that naira started crying . Kartik calmed her .

After some days naira's surgery was done everyone supported her especially kartik and they got married .
