The episode starts with kartik consoling swarna after shubham's last rites .

When suddenly he remember something and stood up .

Kartik - Maa I will come in one minute .
Swarna - Where are you going kartik ??
Kartik - Maa actually naira called me on the terrace to tell me something .
Manish - You will not go to meet her .
Kartik - Why I will not go to meet her ???
Manish - Because she has killed your brother , our son and the kid of this house . She is a murderer .

Kartik gets angry on listening that . In anger he came close to manish and hold his throat tight and pinned him to the wall .

Kartik ( dangerous looking at him with red bloodshot eyes ) - How dare you call my naira a murderer ??
Suhasini - Kartik leave manish .

Everyone was shocked as dadi said kartik by his name for the first time . But kartik was least affected by all this . He saw towards dadi who got scared seeing him .
Kartik left manish . Everyone started berating naira when one voice stopped them all .

Swarna ( shouting at them ) - Shut up all of you . Don't even dare to talk rubbish about MY DAUGHTER .
Suhasini - Swarna don't forget that she is the only one who killed your son .
Manish - Haan swarna . Your so called daughter is a murderer .

Swarna got angry and came towards manish and slapped him  hard that he fall on the floor holding his cheek .

Swarna ( picking him up holding his collars ) - How dare you call my daughter , my naira a murderer ?? How dare you ??

Everyone was shocked as swarna never disrespected manish and today what she did with him was shocking for everyone including kartik because he too never saw swarna like that .

Suhasini - Swarna how can you disrespect your husband because of that cheap woman .
Swarna - She is not cheap . You all are cheap . The most cheapest family is your family . You all always tortured naira khastor se aap maaji . You always tortured naira . You never let her live peacefully but not now . Now she will not suffer anymore I will not let her suffer anymore . Kartik call naira fast and ask where is she ?? Fast

Before kartik could call naira . He got naitik's call . He immediately picked his call up and what he listened next was shocking for him .

Naitik ( on call ) - Kartik please come fast to city hospital . Please . Naira had met with an accident . She has fallen from the terrace .

He then explained him everything what happened with naira .
Kartik was numb to react . He kept the call and sat down on the floor with a thud .

Kartik ( shouting ) - Nairaaaaaaa.........

Swarna ran to kartik .

Swarna ( hugging him as he was crying ) - What happened kartik ?? What did naitik ji said on call ??

Kartik told her everything . Swarna too was heartbroken listening about naira's condition .

Suhasini - She snatched our kid from us so god is giving her punishment . Very Good .
Kartik ( wiping his tears , angrily looking at dadi ) - Shut up MRS. SUHASINI GOENKA . Just shut up . Don't even dare to talk bad about my jaan , my wife , my life , my naira or it will be very bad for you . You get that . Better get that next time .

Everyone was shocked listening dadi's name from kartik's mouth for the first time because he never spoke her name . Before anyone could say something kartik and swarna left from there . Kartik sat in his car which he brought from his own money he don't want to take or use any goenka's thing .

Kartik and swarna sat in the car and kartik drove very fast to the city hospital .

After sometime -

Kartik and swarna reached city hospital . Kartik parked the car and they went inside the hospital . Everyone get happy on seeing kartik but got angry when they saw swarna coming with him .

Kartik came towards naitik .

Kartik ( in a worried tone ) - Papa naira kahan hai ??
Naitik ( pointing towards naira's ward ) - Wahan

Kartik goes inside naira's ward . He saw naira sleeping under the effect of the sedatives . 

( Guys naira's surgery had already been done and she got to know that she can't dance anymore as her right leg is injured badly . )

Kartik goes towards naira and caresses her hair and kissed her forehead . Naira woke up by feeling his touch , the touch of her kartik .

Naira woke up and saw towards kartik with tears in her eyes . Naira tried to sit but couldn't sit on her own so kartik helped her in sitting straight on bed . Naira started crying badly feeling his touch . Kartik got worried seeing her crying .

Kartik ( wiping her tears ) - Shh .... bss .... bss .... shh .... bss ..... bacha . What happened is your leg paining bacha ???
Naira (crying badly ) - I am sorry kartik . I should have trusted you and told you about shubham . But please trust me kartik shubham have given me your swear ( kasam ) . He was about to tell everyone himself only but before he could tell anyone expect me all that happened .

Kartik was shocked to see that she is still worried about shubham not about herself .

Suddenly swarna entered there .

Swarna - You are not at fault naira .

Naira looked in that direction and saw swarna standing there . She got more emotional and started crying more .

Swarna came and hugged her .

Swarna - Naira shh .... bss .. shh .... stop crying . Naira bacha please apni maa ke liye chup hojao .
Naira ( crying badly , hardly able to speak ) - Maa
Swarna - Haan bacha
Naira -  I am sorry maa
Swarna - Bacha why are saying sorry ??
Naira - Because I am at fault . I didn't told you the truth . If I have told you the truth then today this won't have happen .
Swarna - Nahi bacha you are not at fault . Stop blaming yourself naira .
Kartik - Haan naira . Stop blaming yourself bacha .

Kartik and swarna somehow console naira and kartik made naira sleep .

Meanwhile swarna came outside the ward and saw everyone looking at her with anger in their eyes .

Kirti - Why have you came here ?? Why ??? To make naira feel more guilty .
Swarna - Kirti listen to me on...
Kirti ( cutting her ) - Did you listen to naira when she was saying to you to listen to her if you have listen to her that time and have not blamed her but believed her so the situation could be a bit different .
Naksh - You are right kirti . Why you did that to naira ?? Why ??? You know she can't dance anymore as her right leg is injured so badly that if she even put a little pressure on it . It can be very dangerous for her . Because of you she can't dance . Because of you she lost her first love , her dance .

After sometime -

Kartik came out of the ward and saw everyone blaming swarna . He was not able to control more and went to them .

Kartik - Will you all stop and listen to her once ??
Naksh - Kartik why are you taking her side because of her your naira is in this condition .

Kartik told them everything what happened in Goenka Villa and how swarna took a stand for naira .
Everyone felt ashamed of themselves . They all apologized to swarna and she forgave them .
