AT KARTIK 'S OFFICE

The scene start with Kartik placed his laptop bag onto his desk and took a seat on his chair . He had just returned from a string of meeting and confrence call related to the latest contract that they had bagged .

Peon - sir aapke ghar se kahane ka dibba aaya hai .

The office peon enterd in kartik 's cabin and placed the lunch box .

They all gathered on the sofa around the coffee table in kartik 's office and opened the lunch box . Today it was filled with kachori .

Sidharth - bro maine sunna hai ki bhabhi ki tabiyat kharab hai ?? Ab kaisi hai woh ???

Kartik - yeah ab theek hi hogi . Kal apne friends ke saath lunch karne gayi thi toh food poisoning ho gaya hai .

Kartik took his first bite of kachori and instant realisation hit him . Naira had made the kachori . He could recognise the taste anywhere .

Kartik ( sighed ) - iska matlab usne rest nahi kiya sherni ...

Sidharth - kya huaa bro ??

Kartik - yeh kachori teri bhabhi ne banayi hai .

Sid ( confused ) - toh .

Kartik - toh iska matlab hai woh kaam kar rahi hai , aaram nahi .

He set down his plate and got up from his seat .

Kartik - abhi Ghar jaake uski khabar leta hu .

Sidharth - really bhai ?? Aap ek bite mein bhabhi ke haath ka kahane ka swaad pehchan gaye ?? Aur aagar tujhe   unhe aaram karne ke liye bolna hai toh tu phone kar sakta hai ? Ghar jaane ki kya jaroorat hai ??

Sid smile mischievously but kartik didn't hear anything as now his first priority is his naira .

So he picked up his bag , keys and other thing and made a beeline for the exit

Kartik ( yelled ) - naira !naira .

As He yelled all came outside .

Swarna - kartik ??? Tu iss waqt kya kar raha hai yaha aur itna chilla kyu raha hu naira abhi aaram kar rahi hai .

Kartik - woh koyi aaram nahi kar rahi hai . Aaj ka lunch usne banaya hai naa ??

Swarna - tujhe kaise pata ??

Kartik - dekha I know it .

Kartik headed straight for their bedroom to give his wife a sound scolding . She could have her way whenever she wanted but now was no time to jeopardize her own health . Swarna followed suit calling out to her son , hoping that he wouldn't scold naira more than necessary .

Kartik abruptly opened the door in his bedroom and saw Naira sitting upright on the bed working on her laptop . Just as he suspected . Not resting .

Kartik - kyu madam ?? Aapko ek baat bolne par dimag main baat nahi ghusti kya ?? Sabne tumhe kaam karne se maana kara hai naa ???

Kartik Crossed his arm and glared his disapproval at his wife .

Naira ( surprised ) - kartik ?? Aap yaha ?? Iss waqt

Kartik - naa chahate huye bhi aana padha . Tum kisi ki sunti toh ho nahi . Aaram karne ko bola toh tum uska ulta matlab nikalti ho . Pehele kitchen ka kaam karti ho phir yaha Beth kar academy ka kaam  karti ho .

Naira - kitchen main konsa kaam kiya ?? Main toh baas academy  se related kuch kaam kar rahi hu kyunki bahaut bore ho rahi thi .

Kartik - ohh really tumne Aaj kachori  nahi banayi hai ??

Naira 's jaw dropped . How could he have possibly found that out ??

Naira ( stammer ) haaan ... Maine banayi thi ...par

Kartik - par kya ?? Ab bolti kyu band ho gayi hai .

Naira - kartik maine aisa bhi koyi kaam nahi kiya hai . Sab kuch prepare tha maine baas kachori taali hai . Lekin uske baad bhi maa ne mujhe andar bhej diya puch lo khud .

Swarna ( support her ) - haa yeh sahi keh rahi hai usne sirf taali hai uske baad maine usse andar bhej diya aaram karne ke liye .

Kartik - you know what I don't trust you . Iss pure hafte main ghar se kaam karunga . Tumhara kya bharosa kabhi bhi uth kar kaam karne lagogi . Phir agar Bimar padogi toh aur musibat .

( In mind ) - kaise kahu agar yeh bimar padh gayi toh mera kya hoga .

Kartik took off his coat and made himself comfortable . Swarna rolled her eyes and left the room . There was no reasoning with either her son aur daughter in law . They were the only people who could show their care and concern through argument . She would far better to stay away from their fights .

Naira - pura hafta ghar pe kaise rahoge ?? Mujhpe nazar rakhne ke liye ?? Koyi meeting nahi hai tumhari . Aur staff ko oversee kon karega .

Naira hoped he get off the back .

Kartik - very clever . Meri saari meeting maine shaam ko reschedule kar di hai . Waise jab main bahar jayunga tab kairav tum par hai naa nazar rakhne ke liye . Usse toh tum waise bhi naa nahi bologi .

While Kartik get up his laptop on his desk to begin the work . Naira lied down and pull the cover over her . She had never met a man like her husband . He was adamant at getting her to rest but God forbid If he could say it sweetly .

Naira smile at Kartik 's way of caring . He was truly an engima .
