The chapter start with now naira is stable and sleep but in sleep she keep murmured that "aisa kyu huaa . On the other side all Goenkas and singhanias are tensed . Suddenly swarna came from upstairs from kaira room .

Suhasni ( worried ) - ab naira kaise hai .

Naira wake up and about to get up but due to weakness  she lost her balance and about to fall but kartik save her on right time .

Suddenly kairav enter and seeing kairav naira start having a panic attack . Kartik get frightened to saw naira like that

Naira get out of control to saw kairav and start throwing the things here and there . Seeing his mom in this condition and start coming toward her but ..

Naira ( panicked + stop him ) - nahi paas maat aayo paas maat aao .

Kairav was confused to saw this behaviour of naira .

Kairav ( cry ) - mumma main toh apka kairav baby hu naa aapka mumma .

Naira throw things toward him it seem she tell him to go . Kartik understand it and decide to send kairav outside . Before Kartik said something kairav said .

Kairav - papa mumma mujhse naraz hai jo mujhe dur bhej rahi hai .

Pain clearly visible in his eyes .

Kartik - nahi baby aisa kuch nahi mumma theek nahi hai naa isliye aap jaao aur jaake sabko bula ke laao .

Kairav nod and went from there here Kartik tried to calm her down .

Gayu - mama ji uss raat ke baad bhi kayi time usse panick attack aaya tha .

All came in kaira room and try to calm naira down .

Akshara - naira beta shant hoja dekh mumma hai tere paas .

Akshara - ek baar mujhe bhi panick attack aaya tha aur naira ne mujhe aise hi sambahala tha .

Swarna and everyone nod . After sometime doctor also came . Doctor start examine naira .

Doctor - iska bp fluctuate ho gaya hai kis cheez ko dekh kar .

Kartik - kairav hamre bete ko dekh kar usse panick attack aaya tha .

Doctor ( confused ) - par apne hi bete ko dekh kar kaise ???

Kartik feel that DOCTOR is right . So he decide to tell everything to doctor he tell about kairav and naira meet , naira adopt kairav , kartik and naira meet their marriage kidnaaped and relevation .

Everyone pray same thing in their mind and kairav was shocked to heard the line bhagwan kare naira kairav ko hate naa karne lage kyu woh use kabhi chahati hi nahi thi usne usse marna bhi cahaha tha

Aisa kya huaa ki meri mumma mujhe hate karne lagi hai . Main kya itna bura hu aur maine abhi suna ki naira mumma hi meri real mumma hai aur woh mujhe chati hi nahi thi . I hate you mumma ab main aapse baat nahi karuga . Kabhi nahi mumma

And kairav went from there . On the other side kartik  was restless to saw his sherni like that .

Naira keep blaming herself for kairav 's condition and cry continuously . She hug kartik  and kartik console him .

Tumhari koyi galti nahi koyi bhi nahi aur rahi baat kairav ke orphanage main rehene ki woh kairav ki kismat thi usme tumhara koyi dosh nahi hai naira aur rahi baat tumhe kairav ka unwanted samjhana jiss state main tum thi naa uss state main yeh sab sochna obvious hai aur ab dekho how you love him immensely . Aur ab main samjh gaya ki tum kairav ko dekh kar usse khud se dur kar rahi thi you think naa kaise face karogi
