The chapter start with Flashback.

FLASHBACK : DELHI , A FEW DAYS AGO , AT A BUISNESS CONFRENCE

Vedika - How could you Akshat ! What is wrong with you .

Vedika shrieked as her boyfriend revealed his ugly act from four year ago .

Vedika - why did you get rid of that letter ???

Akshat - kyunki main uss Kartik goenka ko jitne nahi de sakta aur naa hi usse khush rehene de sakta .

Vedika - akshat stop with your obsession with Kartik . Already in sab games ke chakar main tum ek chote se bacche ki life spoil kar chuke ho infact kar rahe ho ???

Akshat ( angrily ) - tumhe kyu itna farak padh raha hai vedika ?? You are the one who left kairav in the orphanage , remember ?

Vedika - haa , maine hi usse choda tha par mere paas koi choice nahi thi . Mujhe uske saath koi bhi motherly connection feel hi nahi huya.  Aur tumne hi toh mujhe dhamki di thi ki main iss baby ko chod du . Main toh tumhare paas aa gayi paar kairav ka dhayan kon rakhega usse 24 hour attention chaiye thi . Aur moreover Kartik ko hi baby chaiye tha mujhe toh chaiye bhi nahi tha WO MERE LIYE EK UNWANTED CHILD THA . Maine socha ki main kairav ko Kartik ke paas saupakar chain se jiyugi.

Unsuspecting to both akshat and Vedika , the subject of their conversation had appeared behind them and overheard them .

Kartik ( questioned ) - A child . Yeh kya bol rahi ho Vedika tum.

Who did you make sure would reach me ?? Tell me the truth damn it .

He demanded in a voice that brokened no arguement . Vedika has no choice but to confess the truth . And what she proceeded to say changed his life forever .

Vedika (explained)- that right after she and Kartik divorced . She found that she is pregnant with kartik's child . She tried to getting an abortion but that would have been fatal to her life as well . Akshat had made her clear that he wouldn't going to entertain a crying baby around and If Vedika were to mother a baby , she wouldn't be welcome in his life . So Vedika deliver the baby and deVedika explained that right after she and Kartik divorced . She found that she is pregnant with kartik's child . She tried to getting an abortion but that would have been fatal to her life as well . Akshat had made her clear that he wouldn't going to entertain a crying baby around and If Vedika were to mother a baby , she wouldn't be welcome in his life . So Vedika deliver the baby and decided to drop him  off at an orphanage . Right after the delivery . She named the baby kairav as this was the only name in her mind . When Kairav was few days ago . Akshat took him and Vedika to little child adoption agency. There she met a young intern and quickly handover the baby and saying she nedded to leave him there for some personal reasons. Before the intern could call for her supervisor to come assist or even before she could ask her name Vedika merely handed her a letter and left . In that letter she had written Kartik 's contact info as the baby's father and asked the authorities of the orphanage to make sure he reached to his father.
.But today she found out that her lovely boyfriend had seen the intern Drop the letter and in that moment had decided to tear it up into pieces and throw it away  .

Kartik ( angrily ) - Vedika toh tum yeh mujhe aab bata rahi ho ki mera ek beta hai ?? Mera beta jaha reh raha hai waha wo bahaut akela hai jabki uske papa abhi jinda hai ?? Uske dadi dadi uske buaa uske chacha sab abhi jinda hai tab bhi ???

Kartik asked trying to suppress all the anger that he felt . Seeing Vedika look away he lost all control .

Kartik ( angrily ) - WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU WOMEN !! HOW COULD YOU ??? Tumhe itni bhi samjh nahi hai ki ham shanti se Beth kar baat kare aur tum mujhe batao ki hamra ek beta hai.  Aaj mujhe bata rahi ho ki mera ek beta hai .

Vedika - dekho Kartik maine letter choda tha par akshat ne letter destroy kar diya toh usne meri kya galti . Aur uske baad main nahi milne wali thi tumse aur tumhari family se plus mujhe akshat ke saath world tour pe jana tha .

Kartik - A world tour huh ??? Woh tumhare liye jayada zaroori tha apne iss boyfriend ke saath aur ek baar bhi apne bacche ka khayal nahi aaya jisko tumne janam diya tha . And don't tell me whose fault this is or isn't?? Iam not talking to this excuse of a human being .

Vedika - enough Kartik , control yourself . Main kabhi baby nahi chahti thi main baas ek comfortable life chahti thi akshat ke saath .

Kartik ( roared )  - agar tum usse chahti hi nahi thi toh usse mere ghar ke bahar chod jati naa ki uss orphanage main . He is not a orphan

Woh merely 4 years ka hoga woh kaise Raha hoga orphanage main akele .

Vedika - ohh please overreact maat karo main tumhe kairav ki saari details deti hu.
