At School,

"Hi.. Am Kartik Goenka and new to school", Kartik maintained his cool dude attitude.

"Hi.. Am Naira Singhania and welcome", Naira replied back with a small smile and again got engrossed in her books.

Kartik smiled at her and thought, 'She seems innocent and also a Nerd_Tongue'.

Time to get to know some interesting facts about this girl!.

"So Ms.Singhania you study all the time, like there's no tomorrow or even if there's some earthquake?", he asked to know more about this girl by starting a conversation.

She looked up from her books and said, "Well, Mr.Goenka i don't study all the time. As it's the first day of school, am just going through the syllabus for the  academic year".

She paused for a second and continued again,

"I know earthquakes are unpredictable, but I am sure my study table would save me, by protecting me underneath it", she smirked slightly.

Kartik busted into fits of laughter at her cuteness and Naira was amused looking at him. Both felt an wave of unknown connection passing between them!❣️🌸

"You are funny Ms.Singhania. And by the way, why are you sitting alone? No friends eh?", he enquired her of being alone on the first day.

"Nah! They are in the cafe and I'll join them in a while", she replied.

She told him in detail that her brother Rohan is in 11th grade of High School and her cousin Keerti studies is in the same class as they are!

Karthik was surprised at this and told her, "Wow even my cousin Naksh is our classmate and he is somewhere around here now. And my sister is also in high school 11th grade".

"Really?", Naira was happy to know some similarities between their family and they started having an hearty convo on this topic.

"Nice meeting you Ms.Singhania. So friends?", Kartik forwarded his hand for a shake.

Naira rolled her eyes at first, but later smiled and gave into a Handshake saying, "Friends". 🤗

They seem to be enjoying the convo and continued discussing about the school. But both are still unaware of their parents being business partners. And so, that's how they got introduced to each other!
