Kaira room -

Kaira were sleeping peacefully when kartik's sleep broke . He woke up and saw that naira was shivering . He touched her forehead and got to know that she has extreme high fever .

Kartik ( caressing her hair , kissing her forehead  ) - Naira bacha utho .
Naira ( in a sleepy tone ) - No I want to sleep kartik .

Naira hugged kartik more and snuggled into his chest .

Kartik - Naira please uth jao . Tumhe fever hai naira . Please medicine le lo phir so jana . 

Kartik somehow woke up naira and give her medicine .
She doesn't wanted to rest so he brought her downstairs .

Downstairs -

Gayu saw naira in kartik's arms so asked him .

Gayu - Kartik kya hua ?? Naira ki tabiyaat theek nahi hai .
Kartik - Nahi bilkul theek nahi hai
Naira - Arre mai theek ho bas thoda sa fever hai .
Kartik - Acha sirf thoda sa fever hai
Naira - Haa sirf thoda sa hi fever hai .

Kartik made her stand .

Kartik - Haa toh ab bola kya bolna hai .
Naira - Ki mujhe bas thoda sa fever hai .

Saying this her vision started becoming blur and she stumble back .
Kartik holds her .

Kartik - Naira kya hua ?? Tabiyaat jayada kharab ho rahi hai .
Gayu - Kartik naira ko upar room mein le jao . Thoda rest karegi toh acha lagega .

Kartik took naira to the room and made her sleep .

Leap of 1 month -

Today was naira's birthday .

Kartik was waiting for naira .

When she came down .
Kartik was mesmerized to see her .

Kartik & kairav - Hayeee ❤❤❤❤❤

Naira smiled .

Kartik ( whispering in her ears ) - Happy birthday meri jaan .
Happy birthday meri sherni . 
Naira ( pulling his cheeks ) - Thank you mere mendak .
Kairav ( hugging her ) - Hapy birthday mumma .
Naira ( kissing his cheeks ) - Thank you mera bacha .

Everyone wished her happy birthday and then they celebrated .
