Background: Yuu Hachiouji is the next Kamen Rider Specter, he is the successor of Fukami Makoto. He is an Anti-Hero who hunt down the corruption and dark spirit as Reaper. He refused to take the hood down like Ghost Riders in Kamen Rider Ghost TV show. He doesn't work with anyone else, except for his friends. He is a fan of Anime & Kamen Rider, unlike Makoto who is a siscon, he is care for his sister and a normal overprotective brother for his sister but he doesn't love his sister that much. He also has a girlfriend from Russia named Alisa Mikhailov Kubo who away teased him in Russian, and she love Japan's Tokusatsu like Kamen Rider. He meet Taichi and Hitori who become friends and see Taichi as brother in arms. One day, when Yuu and Alisa walk back to their home suddenly Alisa got hit by a car accident, leaving Yuu in despair. The hospital tried to save her but she was dead, Yuu crying in despair and blame himself for not saving her until Sennin and Sougo arrive, Sennin can help Yuu to revive Alya and put her soul inside the Eyecon, he told Yuu to find Eyecon to revive her and Sougo give him the power of Specter as Yuu accept it. He send to hunt the Eyecon to revive Alya from dead.
