Name: Shinomura Kagerou

Anti-Hero Name: Kamen Rider Dark Kiva

Backstory: This Shinomura Kagerou is the Kagerou who appeared to help Kagerou (Valvarad) at events in Kamen Rider Yokaiser VS Union Academy. Kagerou in this timeline is a Fangire Emperor. He himself always wants peace between species, from humans, angels, demons, even dragons. However, because of the Union's appearance and suppression of many other races, Kagerou's dream of an equal world was shattered. The Union even planned to enslave the Fangire. For that reason, Kagerou gathered key members of the royal council, also known as the Checkmate Four, to launch an attack against the Union. 

Age: 1000+ 

Race: Fangire 

Personality: Although the Fangire are famous for being a brutal and warlike race, Kagerou is a wise emperor who loves his people and hopes for a day when the world will be at peace. But Kagerou also shows brutality in necessary situations. Kagerou will often prioritize diplomatic methods to reach an agreement, but if diplomacy fails then it will be time for the sword to do the talking.

Abilities: 

Fangire Physiology: Being an extremely powerful Fangire, with Ruan Mei and Mai theirseleves stating that he cannot be defeated in battle. 

 Aura Manipulation: With little issue, Kagerou could create dense energy balls and beams to attack his foes, this being his preferred method of attack. Evidently, simply by walking in human form, he is capable of causing the ground to burn in flames, doing so as a means of intimidation. 

Teleportation: Requring no visible concentration, Kagerou could teleport himself and others through long distances. 

Dimensional Warp: Kagerou learned this technique from his mother or the previous Queen. Kagerou can travel through different dimensions by using himself as an anchor and finding another version of himself in that dimension. That's also how he appeared in Yokaiser's dimension.
