Background: Raymond was part of a NATO Recon Team sent to investigate the wrongdoings of Union. However, Union knew of this as they sent Team STRQ and a few devils. They dealt with the devils, but Team STRQ was killing the entire team. In desperation, he activated his hidden power as he puts the entire team to the ICU. He reports this to NATO HQ as they prepare for war. He gives some of his blood and scales as a contribution for NATO R&D.

Superior Dragon Physiology: Raymond can transform into a superpowered dragon, a rare breed of dragons with an innate connection to supernatural powers.
