Haruka Kazuraba is a sole son of the Man of the Beginning; Kouta Kazuraba (葛葉 紘汰 Kazuraba Kōta) and the Woman of the Beginning; Mai Kazuraba (葛葉 舞 Kazuraba Mai). When his age has reached childhood, his father had trained him so he can succeed him and take his place as Kamen Rider Gaim (仮面ライダー鎧武 Kamen Raidā Gaimu).

After his age reaches adolescenthood, Haruka began to leave his homeworld to begin his own journey but not before his father gave him multiple items for his own use, such as the multiple Sengoku Drivers with various Rider Indicators, the Genesis Driver, the Genesis Core Unit, the Lockseeds, and lastly, the Lockvehicles.

Then, he would arrive in the new world and explore for a while until he saw a long blonde-haired woman named Leina (レイナ Reina) is being attacked by a certain slime woman who threatens to kill the former for calling her a monster. Then, Haruka intervenes and rescued her just before she was about to choke to death, forcing a slime woman to retreat. After that, they were found by a red-haired woman named Risty (リスティ Risuti) and was brought back to the Vance castle, where both Haruka and Listy were imprisoned while Leina is being locked inside her room to

But, Haruka and Risty managed to escape from the prison with Haruka delivers the Vance Family's heirloom breastplate, which was used by Leina's late mother while Risty steals some of their treasures. Then, Haruka met up with Leina, who has donned her mother's breastplate before they were attacked again by the same slime woman again, attempting to fulfill her promise to kill Leina for calling her a monster. With Leina's life at the risk, Haruka transforms into Kamen Rider Gaim (仮面ライダー鎧武 Kamen Raidā Gaimu) for the first time and easily defeats her.

As Haruka and Leina are on their journey to the Gainos (ガイノス Gainosu), they would have met with the other beautiful fighters who have their reasons to enter and win the Queen's Blade (クイーンズブレイド Kuīnzu Bureido) tournament.

Haruka's personality has somehow resembled his father as he willing to uses his power to protect and help people in need. He also displays his dislikeness towards anyone who was drunk with power and uses it to hurt innocent people or fulfill their malicious attempts like Count Vance and later, Claudette herself after becomes a tyranny due to her strictness in one year later, following the 30th Queen's Blade tournament.

As he learns the state of the Continent under Count Vance's rule during his journey, knowing his interference in several official matches, Haruka decided to participate in the tournament to win and become the king of the Continent for the sake of the peoples and the Continent.

Haruka has a short and slightly spike blonde-colored hair and his eyes colors are different since he has heterochromia, which inherited from his parents; his left eye is brown while his right eye is red.

His main clothing is a light blue jacket with Team Gaim insignia and a picture that consists of a samurai which was stitched on the left chest and on the back respectively. he is also wearing a white shirt under his coat. His legs were covered with comfortable faded black jeans with a silver-buckled black leather belt strapped on his waist while a pair of blue on white sneakers on his foot.

The Sengoku Driver (戦極［センゴク］ドライバー Sengoku Doraibā lit. "War Culminating Driver") is the transformation belt for the Sengoku Riders.

Eight of Sengoku Driver is the original Prototype Sengoku Drivers and it has DNA Restriction features which only allows Haruka Kazuraba to uses the Sengoku Driver after he places the Driver on his waist for the first time.

Each of his eight Sengoku Drivers plays:

　・Gaim: Japanese horagai music and announces "Soiya" (ソイヤ) before every transformation, except when he transforms into Kiwami Arms, while his personal Lockseeds are styled with a mix of Japanese words and English words.

　・Zangetsu: Japanese horagai music and announces "Soiya" (ソイヤ) before every transformation, while his personal Lockseeds are styled in pure Japanese.

　・Kurokage: Japanese horagai music and announces "Soiya" (ソイヤ) before every transformation, while his personal Lockseeds are styled with a mix of Japanese words and English words.

　・Baron/Gridon: European trumpet music and announces "Come On" (カモン Kamon) before every transformation, while his personal Lockseeds are styled in pure English that is sung in a chorus-like manner.

The Sengoku Driver is composed of the following parts:

　・Lock On Arm (ロックオンアーム Rokku On Āmu) is the arm part fixing the Lockseed. When releasing the power of Lockseed, it plays a role of a safety device to prevent power runaway.

　・Drive Bay (ドライブベイ Doraibu Bei) is the storage bay to set Lockseed. It has enough strength to withstand power released and also plays a role as a connector for connection that exchanges energy between Lockseed and Sengoku Driver.

　・Cutting Blade (カッティングブレード Kattingu Burēdo) is a blade-like switch that plays the role of a trigger to release the power of Lockseed. By lowering the blade, the set Lockseed opens, and it exerts its effect.

　・Rider Indicator (ライダーインジケーター Raidā Injikētā) is a display board indicating that the transformation to Armored Rider was certified.

　・Lift-off Switch (リフトオフスイッチ Rifuto-ofu Suitchi) is a switch next to the Cutting Blade. It can release the transformation by the Sengoku Driver.

　・Folding Band (フォルディングバンド Forudingu Bando) is the belt part to hold the Sengoku Driver. Usually it is folded and stored in the buckle part of the driver, but it automatically stretches according to the wearer's body shape.

　・Band Shelter (バンドシェルター Bando Sherutā) is a storage block to store the Folding Band.

The Sengoku Driver is usually only in its buckle form. If the user wants to use the belt, all they have to do is place it on their waist and the Folding Band will automatically wrap around their body, fastening the belt.

The Sengoku Driver possesses a Rider Indicator called Face Plate (フェイスプレート Feisu Purēto) on the wearer's left-hand side. The Rider Indicator indicates what Ride Wear was generated upon attaching to the user during its first use. When the Driver is damaged beyond function, the Rider Indicator becomes blank. Removal of the Rider Indicator allows extensions to be used in its place.

Not every Sengoku Drivers are made equal with some being more powerful than the others. The user's physical feats are also a factor.

The Sengoku Driver can pluck Helheim fruit and transform them into Lockseeds. Wearing a Driver and locking a Lockseed in also provides nutrition to a wearer thus allowing them to survive without growing hungry.

When the Cutting Blade is pressed down between one and three times, the user can activate a certain ability.

　・Once: The Squash (スカッシュ Sukasshu) function can either power up a Rider's Arms Weapon for a finishing attack or allow the user to initiate a Rider Kick when infused with the fruit-shaped/nut-shaped energy of their Arms.

　・Twice: The Au Lait (オーレ Ōre) function gives extra power to the Squash function.

　・Thrice: The Sparking (スパーキング Supākingu) function can either further enhance a Rider's finishing attack to its full potential or temporarily convert the user's Armor Part into its original fruit/nut form to spin and use as a shield.

Genesis Driver (Normal & Lockseed-In)

Genesis Driver w/Folding Band

The Genesis Driver (ゲネシスドライバー Geneshisu Doraibā) is the transformation belt for the Genesis Riders. It utilizes powerful artificial Lockseeds known as Energy Lockseeds (エナジーロックシード Enajī Rokkushīdo). Unlike the Sengoku Drivers, the Genesis Drivers didn't have DNA Restriction features and the Genetic Ride Wear undersuits are programmed within the Energy Lockseeds rather than onto the Driver itself.

The Genesis Driver is composed of the following parts:

　・Seaboll Compressor (シーボルコンプレッサー Shīboru Konpuressā) - The handle. Pressing it into the Genesis Driver releases the Energy Lockseed's power and allows for transformation and deathblows.

　・Genesis Core (ゲネシスコア Geneshisu Koa) - A connecting terminal where Energy Lockseeds are inserted. Because plans to mass-produce the Sengoku Driver ran parallel to the Genesis Driver's production, it can be removed and attached to the Sengoku Driver.

　・Vascular Duct (バスキュラーダクト Basukyurā Dakuto) - A straw-like pipe that runs from the main body to the Concentrate Pod. It sends energy extracted from an inserted Energy Lockseed to the Concentrate Pod.

　・Concentrate Pod (コンセントレイトポッド Konsentraatio Poddo) - The clear cup-shaped energy pod located towards the bottom. It stores and stabilises any liquified energy extracted from an Energy Lockseed.

　・Lift-off Switch (リフトオフスイッチ Rifuto-ofu Suitchi) - A switch that releases the Genesis Driver from the user. Located on the right top section.

Like the Sengoku Driver, the Genesis Driver is usually only in its buckle form. If the user wants to use the belt, all they have to do is place it on their waist and the Folding Band (フォルディングバンド Forudingu Bando) will automatically wrap around their body, fastening the belt.

To transform, the user opens the lock on the Energy Lockseed, which causes a dimensional opening into the Helheim Forest to materialize above them and an Armor Part that corresponds to the Energy Lockseed used to appear from it. Afterwards, the user attaches the Energy Lockseed onto the belt's Drive Bay (ドライブベイ Doraibu Bei) and closes the lock to secure it into the Lock On Arm (ロックオンアーム Rokku On Āmu). Finally, the user pushes the Seaboll Compressor (シーボルコンプレッサー Shīboru Konpuressā) juicer in, which extracts the juice from the Energy Lockseed itself through the Vascular Duct (バスキュラーダクト Basukyurā Dakuto) and into the glass-like Concentrate Pod (コンセントレイトポッド Konsentraatio Poddo) at the bottom, causing the Armor Part to fall on top of the user's head and the Driver to announce the Arms granted, along with its corresponding music (or in the Lemon Energy and Matsubokkuri Energy Lockseed's case, its corresponding phrase).

When the Seaboll Compressor is pushed in between one and two times, a Rider can activate a certain ability.

　・Once: The Squash (スカッシュ Sukasshu) function can either power up a Rider's Sonic Arrow for a Rider Slash or trigger an alternate finishing attack.

　・Twice: The Sparking (スパーキング Supākingu) function can either enhance a Rider's finishing attack to its full potential, allowing the user to initiate a Rider Kick when infused with the fruit-shaped/nut-shaped energy of their Arms, or temporarily convert the user's Armor Part into its original fruit/nut form to spin and use as a shield.

The Genesis Core Unit (ゲネシスコアユニット Geneshisu Koa Yunitto) is the central piece of the Genesis Driver.

The Genesis Core Unit can be used alongside the Sengoku Driver by removing its Rider Indicator and attaching the unit in its place. Initially deemed as a reject prototype and failure, this configuration yields unexpected results, granting performance extremely similar to the standard Genesis Driver. Aside from this, it grants varying special abilities exclusive only to this configuration, which is sacrificed in the standard Genesis Driver for higher raw performance.

Kamen Rider Gaim's Senyo Joint

Kamen Rider Gaim's Sengoku Driver w/Senyo Joint

The Senyo Joint (専用ジョイント Senyō Jointo, lit. "Personal Usage Joint") is a separate extension that is essential for Kamen Rider Gaim to access Kiwami Arms by replacing his Sengoku Driver's Rider Indicator. Unlike the Genesis Core which has to be manually inserted, this slot is not physical, as it will materialize when Gaim activates the Kiwami Lockseed while in Kachidoki Arms.

・Lockseeds

The Lockseeds (ロックシード Rokkushīdo) are mysterious devices that are the source of the Sengoku Riders' powers. They all have powers associated with fruits, seeds, berries, and nuts. Lockseeds were originally fruits that grow on trees in the Helheim Forest.

The Inves love Lockseeds and Helheim's fruits, regarding them as their favorite food. However, if an Inves consumes a Lockseed, it assumes its Advanced State, and if it consumes yet another Lockseed, then that Inves will evolve into its Strengthened Form.

When a person wearing a Sengoku Driver/Genesis Driver picks a Helheim fruit, they will quickly convert into Lockseeds.

If a Sengoku Rider summons an Inves in a battle, then they will be fully materialized in the real world, however if a New Generation Rider summons an Inves, one Lockseed can call in three at a time. If one manages to jailbreak a Lockseed, they can summon fully materialized Inves as well without being an Armored Rider, although there is a chance for the Lockseed to malfunction.

Lockseeds are given ranks, from D to A, but it is unknown if either the number of the Lockseed, the chance of rarity of such a Lockseed being found, or a combination of the two makes the Lockseed's ranking.

A-Class Lockseeds are normally unbreakable (though they can be devoured by an Inves or destroyed by powerful attacks). Given their powerful nature, they are useful for both transformation as an Armored Rider or to summon a high-class Inves. One drawback is that the summoned Inves is in its Advanced State, and if said Inves consumes a Lockseed that summoned it or an entirely different Lockseed, it will evolve into a second form of itself called a Strengthened State (強化体 Kyōka-tai).

Beyond the normal variety of Lockseeds, there exists another brand of Lockseed in the form of Lock Vehicle Lockseeds (ロックビークルロックシード Rokku Bīkuru Rokkushīdo). They are indicated by their rougher design and their theme being based on flowers. Once unlocked, the Lock Vehicles will unfold from their Lockseed Modes into their Vehicle Modes and have the capacity to breach into the Helheim Forest by forming a crack (either at a certain speed or with a beam). Due to these Lockseeds being made mainly as a mode of transportation, Lock Vehicle Lockseeds do not have a Lockseed ranking.

A certain organization has managed to created fully functional artificial and more powerful Lockseeds called Energy Lockseeds (エナジーロックシード Enajī Rokkushīdo) that sacrifices the ability to summon a normal Arms Weapons when used in a Driver, instead of summoning a Sonic Arrow (with the exception of Kamen Rider Kurokage Shin). These particular Lockseeds can only be used by a New Generation Rider with a Genesis Driver, though there is a roundabout way Sengoku Driver-wearing Armored Riders can use Energy Lockseeds. In terms of rankings, Energy Lockseeds are given the general rank of Class S, outranking even the more powerful nature-converted Lockseeds (except skilled users of the Suika Lockseed). Like A-Classed Lockseeds, they are normally unbreakable.

・Lockseed Holder

The Lockseed Holder (ロックシードーホルダー Rokkushīdo Horudā), also known simply as the Lock Holder (ロックホルダー Rokku Horudā), is a strap for Kamen Rider Gaim, located on the right side of his Sengoku Driver. It is used to carry Lockseeds, making him distinct among the others who lack such a feature. It carries Gaim's three standard Lockseeds (Orange, Pine, and Ichigo).

After Gaim acquires the Kiwami Lockseed, he gained the second Lockseed Holder for his Energy Lockseeds through his transformation into Kiwami Arms, replacing his Musou Saber Holster. This Lockseed Holder carries his three Energy Lockseeds (Lemon Energy, Cherry Energy, and Peach Energy).

・Musou Saber Holster

The Musou Saber Holster (無双［ムソウ］セイバーホルスター Musō Seibā Horusutā, lit. "Unrivaled Saber Holster") is a strap for Kamen Rider Gaim and Zangetsu's suit located on the left side of their that is used to carry the Musou Saber, making them distinct among the others who lack such a feature. When Gaim transforms into Kiwami Arms, his Musou Saber Holster has been replaced by his second Lockseed Holder.

Musou Sabers (Kamen Riders Gaim and Zangetsu Ver.)

The Musou Saber (無双［ムソウ］セイバー Musō Seibā, lit. "Unrivaled Saber") is Kamen Riders Gaim and Zangetsu's side weapon. Haruka can also wield it without transforming first by simply put his Sengoku Driver on his waist.

The Musou Saber can be used as both a sword, which is known as Saber Mode (セイバーモード Seibā Mōdo), and a gun, known as Gun Mode (ガンモード Gan Mōdo), at the same time. To activate the gun portion, the user pulls the Barrett Slide (バレットスライド Baretto Suraido) tab in the back, allowing them to shoot at any range four times.

For Kamen Rider Gaim, the Musou Saber can combine with some of his Arms Weapons to become an alternate mode for more powerful attacks.

The Sakura Hurricane (サクラハリケーン Sakura Harikēn) is the first of the Lock Vehicles available to be used by both Sengoku Riders and Genesis Riders, which is summoned by unlocking the Sakura Hurricane Lockseed. Haruka Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim has used it as his main Rider Machine. The Sakura Hurricane was based on a Honda CRF250L. The code is L.V. 01.

Sakura Hurricane consists of the following parts:

　・Shield Chip (シールドチップ Shīrudo Chippu) is the windshield of Sakura Hurricane. It also fulfills the role of radar, and in addition to detecting surrounding conditions during driving, collect data necessary for traveling.

　・Bloom Processor (ブルームプロセッサー Burūmu Purosessā) is the flower-shaped control device that controls the function of Sakura Hurricane. It controls all functions such as power system, navigation while driving, support for posture control. Spatial projection display is carried and instruments such as dimension indicator can be projected from here and displayed.

　・Dimension Shifter (ディメンションシフター Dimenshon Shifutā) is a cylinder-shaped warp driving device that artificially generates distortion of space or joins the spaces apart together.

　・Front Vine (フロントバイン Furonto Bain) is an oscillator installed on the fender, that generates an energy shield to protect passengers and car body from gravity anomalies that occur when passing through a crack in space.

　・Petalleaf (ペタルリーフ Petarurīfu) is a cylinder-shaped energy shield oscillator. Cooperate with Front Vine to create an energy shield covering the vehicle body and passengers.

　・Ancient Locker (アンチェインドロッカー Ancheindo Rokkā) is the armor to guard the equipment of the rear wheel and power transmission system. It also has the role of protecting the car body from external shocks occurring during sub-space traveling.

　・YGE-001 (ワイジーイーゼロゼロワン Waijīī-zerozerowan) is a four-stroke in-line four-cylinder gasoline engine of Sakura Hurricane. By utilizing a part of the output of the dimension shifter with the main power during normal traveling, the ordinary 150% acceleration can be obtained momentarily.

　・Bell Housing Drum (ベルハウジングドラム Beru Haujingu Doramu) is a 2-piston-caliper-hydraulic-disc brake. With a strong stopping power, the braking distance is reduced to 40% of the usual braking system.

　・Planas Seat (プラナスシート Puranasu Shīto) is the riding seat of Sakura Hurricane. The special resin cushion inside the seat freely deforms according to the attitude of the passenger, and absorbs the impact and prevents the balance from collapsing. It also supports acrobatic movements such as running at high speed and jumping off from high altitude.

　・Radial Grounder (ラジアルグラウンダー Rajiaru Guraundā) is the all-round type tires for both on-road and off-road use. It is gathered up with high quality such as grip, brake effectiveness and controllability.

・Dandeliner

The Dandeliner (ダンデライナー Danderainā) is the third of the Lock Vehicles available to be used by both Sengoku Riders and Genesis Riders, which is summoned by unlocking the Dandeliner Lockseed. This machine has the ability to fly and has a weapons system within the front. Haruka Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim has used it as his secondary Rider Machine. The code is L.V. 03.

The Tulip Hopper (チューリップホッパー Chūrippu Hoppā) is the fourth of the Lock Vehicles available to be used by both Sengoku Riders and Genesis Riders, which is summoned by unlocking the Tulip Hopper Lockseed. Haruka Kazuraba/Kamen Rider Gaim has used it as his tertiary Rider Machine. The code is L.V. 04.

The machine is armed with various abilities, such as the ability to disguise themselves and the rider as regular red tulips for sneak attacks and defensive traps, and form an incredibly hard defense by folding into their Lockseed forms. Like most Lock Vehicles, Tulip Hoppers can also transport the user from the real world to Helheim Forest, though since its speed is rather lackluster, it instead fires a laser from a tulip emblem in-between the guns, which created a Crack. It also has a turbine in the front below the laser, allowing it to blow away most anything. On the locking arm is a scanning lens, designed to help search for targets.

Like the Dandeliner, it also acts as a weapons systems in the form of laser guns, with the barrels surrounding the turbine's upper corners.

It can fight in close quarter combat as well, relying heavily on their powerful legs to not only move about quickly via jumping, but delivering powerful kicks. Two Tulip Hoppers can tag team together to create punishing attacks on whoever is on the receiving end of them by hooking their locking "locks" together.
