Carter POV (did you See this coming)
My Stylist finished early with the outfit and sent me out. My suit was coal black with a hawk feather Cape. My curly brown hair was slicked back with gel. A girl will long blonde hair, pale skin and a rather large dress from the French royal era. She looked nothing like me but I remembered her. Sadie Kane. My little sister. She and my mother were from district 12 but ran away to her parents in district 1 with Sadie. The only thing Sadie and I have in common is our eye structure, but she has green eyes. She must've seen me staring because she came over. "Hello,"She said. "You don't remember me, do you?" I said sadly." Can I see your necklace?" She handed me her necklace. I opened it and pulled out my picture and there in the spot of the picture was the note I wrote when I was 7 years old,  before they ran away.

You may never read this but me and dad will miss you. Have fun in District 1. You are my little sister and I love you.
