Nagisa's Point of View

"Okay st-" "I'm here!" I looked to the door, a substitute stepped into the classroom with a grin on his face. "Akabane, I don't need you here today." I said calmly, he shrugged and made his way up to the front. He sat down in my desk chair and winked at me. "Why don't you just teach then?" I asked, pulling him back off my chair. "Fine by me."

He taught the entire day for me, when the last bell rang he turned to me. "Nagi-chan, I think I deserve a present." He said, walking towards me. "You don't deserve anything, you walked into my class." I stated as he took me off the chair, then put me on his lap. He nuzzled his head into the back of my neck.

"You don't have to walk me home..." I mumbled while our fingers were intertwined. "Yeah I do! I can't let Nagi-chan walk home by himself!" He shouted at me. "It's not even dark out..." I said quietly. He shrugged and rammed his shoulder into mine. "Ouch! Karma-kun, stop it!" I shouted after he kept doing it. "Sorry, Nagi-chan." He said, smiling at me. "And stop with the nick name..." I muttered as my house started to come up into the distance.

Once we got to the front of the house, I turned to Karma and stood up on my tiptoes. He bent down and pressed his lips onto mine. "Goodnight, Akabane." I said and walked up my driveway. "Goodnight Nagisa-kun!" He shouted behind me.

Next Day

I walked into my classroom, Karma was there again. "Why don't you understand I know how to run a classroom?" I asked with a small sigh. "They like me though!" He said, following me to my desk. "They like everyone but me." I stated, flicking his forehead. "Owwie! Shiota-kun!" He complained. I shrugged and watched kids start to walk in the classroom.

I pretty much just got to grade papers all day, it was pretty boring for me. Every once and a while I'd glance up at what Karma was doing, he seemed to be doing a better job than me. Until he collapsed.

a/n - Killing two people in the time of two one shots

I dropped my pen down and ran over to him. "Karma-kun?" His eyes were barely open. "Someone get the nurse!" I shouted at the kids, they all stuttered in their movements, before one finally got up and ran. I turned back to Karma, he was looking up at me. "I love you, Nagisa."

Right then the nurse came and quickly picked him up, carrying him out of the room. I watched them leave through the door. I turned back to the class, it was dead silent. "You guys can play on your phones or whatever." I said, glancing at the clock. Two minutes until lunch. The conversation started up a little bit once I said that.

Right when the bell rang, I was out the door, as well of my other students. I made my way into the infirmary, pushing past all of the kids. The nurse left, it was just Karma in there. I walked to the side of his bed, looking over him. He looked pale and scared. "Nagisa-kun, why are you crying?" He asked, I didn't even realize it. He patted the side of his bed, I got on and wrapped my arms around him.

"It's okay, Nagi-chan..." He said and kissed my forehead. I stuffed my face in his side and sniffled. "You scared me Karma... I thought you were gone..." I said quietly. "I am." I looked up at him, he was smirking. "Just kidding. I won't leave you Raspberry." I pinched his nose and got off the bed. "I may leave you though." I said, walking out of the room again. I could hear him laughing from inside of the room.
