Sophie's POV

I walked into the fancy restaurant with Fitz. He held my hand and was dressed in a handsome dark blue suit. I wore a teal dress that went down to my feet. My hair was in a fancy bun, thanks to Biana and Linh. Fitz flashed his movie star smile at me and I smiled. We all had decided to each have alone tables, so it was kind of like a date.

"So Soph, are you okay with this all," he asked, waving to all the fancy things in the room. I shurgged.

"The dress could go, but ya, I like it," I said. "Next time, it's my turn to pick where we go for a date. I'm thinking we can watch some human movie's in my room. I can make it look like a movie theater like I did in the human world. Buttery popcorn and candy," I said, just thinking of it. Fitz chuckled and smiled. He reached over and grabbed my hand, twining this fingers.

"Are you okay after this morning?" He asked. My eyes dropped slightly.

"Ya I'm fine, it had just come to mind. We used to celebrate New Years. I can remember Amy chasing me around with a firework. The good old days," I said, giggling. Fitz smiled and the food came. I wasn't sure what I was expecting, but it didn't look as fancy as the restaurant. After we ate, I said goodbye to my friends and Fitz walked me outside. He lightly pushed me up against the wall and wrapped his arms around my waist. I looked up into his eyes and he kissed me. His lips moved in synchronized movements to mine. I pulled away.

"Thank you for this Fitz," I whispered to him. He smiled and waved to me before leaping away. I stood their for a little while before going back inside the restaurant leaping to the Shores of Solace. I walked up to the door and knocked, pleading that Cassius wouldn't answer. But of course, he did.

"I assume you are here for Keefe," he said. I nodded and looked into the house. He waved for me to follow him. I thought we were going to his room but we went outside where I saw Keefe and Ro fighting. Keefe didn't have a shirt on and I had to stare at him for a second. The way he maneuvered and through out his dagger was amazing.

"Keefe!" I yelled, running out to the battle. Keefe turned his head and told Ro to hold off. He held a smile on his face, but it looked forced.

"How was your date?" He growled. I frowned.

"Keefe, look I'm sorry. I didn't want Fitz to get mad because you know how he is," I said. My eyes went over to Ro and she was looking at Keefe.

"You want to join us Blondie?" She asked, holding a star out. I nodded and took it from her. I grabbed a few other daggers and threw one at Ro. She caught it between her fingers. "Nice try princess," she said with a smirk. I smiled and walked up to Keefe. His body was built strong but I hated seeing the huge scar run down his chest from the fight with King Diamiter. (A/N Did I spell that right?)

You checking me out Foster?" He asked, smirking. I turned red. "Just kidding Foster. You have a boyfriend," he mumbled. I swear I heard him mutter, "sadly," under his breath. I walked behind him and traced my finger down his defined back muscles. He tensed.

"Relax Keefe," I said, lightly squeezing his shoulders. He relaxed a bit but I could still see the tension between his muscles. I dropped my arms and threw three throwing stars at Ro. She dodged all of them, but not by a lot.

"Close Blondie," she said, going back to polishing her dagger. Keefe smiled.

"I keep trying but I can never find the right timing..." he trailed off as he chucked a throwing star at her head. I thought he was actually going to hit her when Ro suddenly ducked and the throwing star hit the bulls-eye on the wall.

"Nice shot Lord Hunkyhair," she said. "But not good enough," she said with a smirk. Keefe muttered something else but shook it off.

"So how was your date?" He asked starting to polish a dagger of his own. My mood immediately dropped as I sat on a mat. "Fitzy finally disappointed you huh?" he asked, not talking his eyes off of the shiny blade. He had probably noticed my mood drop.

"It's just all to fancy. All the gifts and fancy dates and everything sparkly," I told him, holding up the poofy, teal dress.

"I get that, but probably not as well as you. I haven't been on a date before."

"Never?"

"Never."

I looked away from his gaze and over to a picture of Bo that Ro had frames with a gold frame. It would have been cute, if there were three daggers sticking out of his forehead.

"Well, I should take you on one," the words slipped my mouth before I could keep them in my head. Keefe's head shot up from his dagger.

"What?"

"Nothing," I muttered. He smirked and walked over to me, kneeling to my eye line.

"You hiding something Foster. I feel a fluttery feeling in your heart. What is that, love?" He asked, his eyes dancing with amusement. I was burning red as I looked away from him.

"Stop embarrassing me Keefe," I said. Keefe laughed and stood up again, walking away from her and back over to Ro.
