Shivaay reached the location but it had deadly silence.

"Kaha rakha hoga meri Anika ko" Shivaay was tensed, he moved silently towards the inside of the house. He saw the goons and then realized that he found Anika. 

'I will  save you' he murmured.

He attacked a goon from behind while the others got conscious. Then began a fight. Shivaay got more energy after he saw his Anika in such a vulnerable state. When the goons were lying on the ground due to fighting, he went near Anika and untied the rope and took out the handkerchief from her mouth.

"Tum thik ho na Anika" he hugged her as if there is no tomorrow.

Anika saw a goon coming from behind, she turned Shivaay and hit the goon with her leg. Shivaay was shocked to see her this avatar.

The two got indulged in a fight with the goons. One of them was coming from behind with  a knife on his hand, targeting Shivaay. When he was about to hit him, Anika came in between.

"Shivaay....." Thus Anika fell unconscious on Shivaay's lap. The goons ran away from the site after seeing this

"Anika,, Anika... Utho Anika.. Kya hua tumhe? Mujhe tumse baat karni hai Anika, just get up.." he screamed to his full capacity

"Mai tumhari bakwas sunna chahta hun Anika, utho mere liye.. Tumhare words mujhe yaad ho gaye hai" he said in between his hiccups. Yes, the great Shivaay Singh Oberoi was crying.

"Khidkitod.. Gunne.. Chantomai.. Utho Anika.. I LOVE YOU ANIKA.. I LOVE YOU" He pulled her towards his chest. Getting no response, he held her up in bridal style, ran to his car, placed her and went towards the hospital.

"Om, arrange for the doctor and everything. I am bringing her" he hung the call.

"Mai tumhe kuch nahi hone dunga Anika, mere pyaar ko kuch nahi hoga.. I have full faith on my love" his tears were not ready to stop and were flowing down like a rainfall. 

As soon as they reached hospital, the Oberoi family was already waiting for them. Seeing Anika's blood filled stomach, tears escaped their eyes.. 

"Mere puttar nu ki ho gaya" Dadi uttered.

"Sab think ho jyega Dadi, Anika didi ko kuch ni hoga" Rudy consoled her. When Anika was taken inside the OT, Shivaay collapsed on the ground.

"Khud ko sambhal Shivaay" Om consoled him.

"Nahi Om, kaise sambhalu. You know knife mujhe lagti lekin wo beech me aa gayi. Kyu aisi hai wo? Why? Sab meri wajah se hua hai" Shivaay was crying while Om was pacifying him.

'Maine Shivaay ko apne family ke alawa kisi ke liye bhi itna rote huye nahi dekha. Jo insaan kisi se bhi nahi darta, aaj Anika ke jaane se dar raha hai' Om thought but brushed away it all thinking that its just care.

TIME LAPSE

Anika is back in the Oberoi Mansion. Shivaay constantly being near her.

"Puttar, tu thoda rest le. Hum bahar jate hai" Pinky said and all the Oberois left her room except Shivaay

"Tumhe kuch bhi chahiye, to mujhe bolna. I am there" Shivaay said and was about to leave when she held his hand.

"Aap kuch jyada hi care nahi kar rahe?"  Anika said.

"Dekho, tumhari health ab theek nahi hai, so bakwas mat karo aur rest lo" Shivaay said

"Kya aap bhi, abhi tak Sweet Singh Oberoi the aur ab Sadu Singh Oberoi ban gaye. Itne mood swing to pregnant lady ko bhi nahi hota" she giggled

"Hey hey.. Mai kuch bol nahi raha hun iska matlab nahi hai ki tumhe badbadane dunga. Yeh sab chorro, mujhe yeh batao ki tumne mujhe kyu bachaya chaku se?" Shivaay asked.

"Aap mere boss hai. Agr aapko kuch ho jaata to.." she said.

"To kya hota, kuch bhi nahi. Mar hi to jata" Shivaay's mouth was covered by Anika's palm

"Aisa nahi bolte. Agar aapko kuch ho jaata to mai gharwalo ke kya kehti ki ek aam ladki ki wajah se unke bete ki yeh halat hai"

"Tum aam ladki nahi ho Anika, you are special" he bend down and kissed her forehead. Anika felt contented and complete with it..

He move out of her room without other word.

"You are so special Anika because you are the  love of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. You are the person who taught me how to love and most importantly what is love.. Dadi ne sahi kaha tha, mai bhi kabhi ISHQBAAZ banunga" he smiled and went to his room

On the other side, Anika was thinking about her moments with Shivaay..

"Kaise maine unpar pranks kiya and phir humari journey hate se leke ab friendship tak aa gayi hai."

"Kya wo tere friend hai?" her inner self mocked

"Haan aur kya ho sakte hai" she said

"Chal jhoothi, friend se upar hai" her inner self said

"Kya sachme mai Shivaay se...
