Omkara through a friend came to know about a company that was recruiting new employees. His friend suggested him to apply there. And the company happened to be Sharma Industries.

Gauri Sharma was on the way to Sharma Industries. Now a days she was taking interviews for new recruits, as she had fired all the incompetent and dishonest employees. She was in deep thought thinking about how these 3 days were very important for the company, and then driver suddenly applied brakes.
Gauri looked up and heard a child crying, her driver came out of car followed by Gauri.

Gauri: Kya hua ?? Is everything alright??

Driver jerked kid away who was already crying.

Driver: madam jee yeh bacha samnay agaya tha ! Iski vaja ce apko dair———-

Gauri: to tmhy kisnay haq diya k bachy k sath batameezi kro !? Apna rawaya thek kro vrna mjy ek minute nai lagy ga tmhy fire krny mai

(To kid in sweet tone) kya hua champ ??  Ro Q rhy ho??

Kid (crying): in uncle ny mjy danta aur dhaka diya !

Gauri: pr dekho mainy in uncle ko dant diya , to hisab barabar ??
(She patted his cheek)

And then Gauri heard an angry voice from the crowd

Tm ameer logo ko kisi ka ehsas nai hai kya ?! Bachy ko rula rhy ho sharam nai ati??

Gauri turned to look at that person

Gauri: Mjy bilkul b psnd nai k koi mj ce is tone mai bat kry ! And Mr. this is none of your business so stay out of it.

She then again turned to kid, patting his cheek she moved to the car. The kid was waving at her and she waved back.

Seeing the kid saying bye to Gauri, Omkara sighed at his misjudgement. The kid was crying so he thought that lady was probably scolding him.
Shrugging he moved back to his bike because he had to arrange the documents for tomorrow's interview.

Omkara's Home

Omkara was sitting in living room thinking about today's event. That lady had completely destroyed his mood.

Sid: Bhai kya hua sb thek to hai ??

Om: huh ? Han tmhy aisa Q laga ?

Sid sadly sat with Omkara followed by Aditya.

Pr tm dono ka chehra Q utra hua hai ?? Sb thek hai na

He asked spreading his arms to both sides and side hugging them both. And Aditya started crying. Om looked at him confused and worried.

Sid (sadly): Bhai Vo papa ny Bua ce apky rishty ki bat ki hai

Om: to ? Is mai ronay ki kon c bat hai ??

Sid and  aditya looked at each other confused thinking how on earth Omkara was calm on the topic of his marriage

Sid (curious): Apko ghusa nai aya??

Om (shaking his head): zindgi mai kabi na kabi aisa hona hai naa ??
Aur Yeh papa ki khwahish hai , agr unki bat na mani to zindgi bhar pachtaway k ilava kch ni milna

Sid: pr bhai agr vo Buri hue to??
(Holding Omkara's hand worriedly) mery dost ki bhabi bht buri hai vo us ce kam krvati hai. Kam na kry to chup kr usko marti b hai aur dhamki dyti hai k ghar pr mat batana
Vo srf mj ce ueh sb share krta hai ! Uska bhai b uski bhabi k peechy hai
Bhai agr ap ki biwi b aisi hue aur ap b humy bhool gaye to ???

Omkara looked at both of them shocked. They wanted him to get married and when he finally agreed they were having such concerns and fears.

Om (calmly): kya hogya hai tm logo ko ?? itna negative Q soch rhy ho? Umeed rakho sb bht acha hoga ,,
Yeh faisla ab ly hi liya hai to peechy nai hathoon Ga

Tej entered with tea for all of them.

Om (placing tray at table): bht acha laga sun kr k tmny yeh faisla kiya
Bua anay vali hi honGi ! 2,3 rishty batayen hain unho ny

Omkara nodded and started taking tea.

Later Bua jee came and after formal greetings she started talking

Bua: loo bhae phr suno . bara acha rishta dhunda hai mainy Omkara k lye
Meri larki valo ce baat hue ! Vo to raazi hain rishty k lye Aur omkara k baray mai sb jantay b hai. Vo khud yahan ana chahty hain
Bs larki ghareeb hai vrna khubsurat to bht hai

Om: mjy khubsurti ce koi gharz nai hai. Mjy decoration piece nai banana usy. Ghar  bananay vali chahiye

Tej gestured omkara to stay calm.

Bua: Mai to kehti hon aj sham e vo ajayen gy bat pakki kr k jhat mangni patt viyah kr do
Tasveer vaghera b dekh lo

Tej: acha ap tasveer to dikhaye

Bua took a picture from her purse and gave it to Tej. Omkara was sitting there totally uninterested.

Tej (looking at photo): pr Bua yeh to bari Age ki lag rhi hai ?? Aur bht motapa b— mera mtlb vo to koi bat nai pr mery bety k sath jori achi lagy na

Bua: To Moti hai to kya hogya ?? Ab tm logo k is dibbiya jitny ghar mai kon haseeb dubli patli ayeGi??

Tej's gaze fell on a picture in Bua's hand.

Tej: yeh larki b dikhayen Bua

Bua: Haye haye yeh Q dikhaon?? Ye to itny achy ghar ki larki hai - yeh log kabi nai manenGy

Om: papa kya hogya hai ?? Bs vo ghar ko achy ce chala ky mjy aur kch nai chaiye
Hum jaiso ki qismat mai yehi hota hai
(To bua) ap larki valo ce bat kr lein k vo sham mai ajayen !

Evening

"Larki and her family" were at Omkara's place. Aditya and Sidharth were serving. Omkara was sitting casually.
When Girl's father asked about Omkara's job and salary at which Tej replied that he had an interview tomorrow and hopefully he would get that job.

Girl's father (angry): kya mtlb naukri nai krta ? Nai krta meri beti aur usky 2 bacho ko paalay ga kysy??

Tej got shocked at stood up. Adi and sid looked at each other

Tej (shocked): kya mtlb 2 bachy ??
(To bua in anger ) mera beta abi jawan hai aur ap chahti hain mai usko 2 bacho ki maa k sath jor doon ??? Ap yeh kysy kr skti hain?

Bua: dekho ajkal jaisy b shadi hojaye kr do ! Kon aye Gi is ghareeb khanay mai ? Omkara k pas naukri nai ! Na acha ghar hai.
Is ce acha is ce shadi kr lyty ghar bahu ajati

Omkara was just sitting trying to stay calm hearing them talking about his worthlessness.

Tej (angry) : BASS BUA ! Mery bety ki zaat itni b be qeemat nai hai k ap aisi baten krenGi
Jayen ap yahan ce ! Hum khud dhund leinGy rishta

Girl's family walked out while murmuring to themselves.
While  ua was talking sh*t about Omkara and hua family.

Bua (loud): tm logo ko to izzat e raas nahi hai ! Pata nai kis bat ki akkar hai.. shadi hojati tm sbka e bhala hota
Khair mai jarhi hon ab ! Kr dena apnay is ghareeb berozgar bete ki shadi ... mai b dekhti hon kon ca heera ata hai tm logo k itny ce ghar mai

Saying this she left and  Tej got hyper hearing her talk like that.
Tej looked at omkara and he stood up with a painful smile.

Tej (worried) : Om beta —

Om: papa ap to aisy behave kr rhy hain jaisy pehli bar yeh baten suni hain ! Koi nayi bat nai hai
Mai hamesha ce yeh sb sunta aya hon :)
Pr ab to ap logo ko smjh aagai na mai shadi Q nai krna chahta tha ???

Saying this he moved to his room, Tej with heavy heart and tears in his eyes sat with thud on sofa. No father in the world has courage to hear someone talk like that about their son. Adi and Sid sat with him on either sides. And he hugged them both.

Next Morning

Before leaving Omkara came to his father for Ashirwad.
Om: Okay papa ab mai chalta ho

Tej: All the best beta sb acha hoga

Adi (excited): Bhai mjy lgta hai yeh jon apko mil e jayeGi

Om(smiling): yeh bat to tm hamesha kehty ho

Aadi's face fell hearing that

Sid: Pr bhai apki job hogai na to hum kch aacha khayenGy ! Roz Daal khaa khaa kr mai tang agaya hon

Omkara smiled lightly at him and prayed for the job.

Sharma Industries

Omkara reached at parking of Sharma Industries, he looked at fascinating building and immediately lost hope comparing himself with the industry.
But still he decided to try at least.
Parking the motorbike he came to the entrance.

Gaurd looked at him from head to toe. omkara was dressed very casually in simple kurta shalwar.

Guard: jee kya kam hai ??

Om: Mujhy interview dyna hai

Guard laughed at him and then allowed him to go inside. Omkara just sighed and controlled himself.
At reception he asked about where the interview would be conducted.
The receptionist also looked at him from head to toe judging him. And then gave the information.

Omkara was used to this kind of attitude and behaviour of people towards him but still everytime such behaviour hurt him, made him upset and he every time felt a pain in heart.

He finally reached the waiting area where people were waiting for their turn.
Sitting here started to look around observing the whole setup until he heard a man talking to him.

Man : lgta hai pehli bar interview dyny aye ho

Omkara just shook his head in response and looked away.

Man: huh ! abi select hua nai aur akkar to dkeho zra

Omkara looked at that man with already red eyes. He was introvert didn't talk much and the person was thinking he was giving him attitude.

It had been hours and he was still waiting. He was getting frustrated. He had clenched his fists so tightly that his veins were visible.

Person:  Mr. Omkara ! Aa jaiye . Its your turn

Omkara took a sigh of relief and followed that person.

Omkara after knocking lightly opened the door to see a girl engrossed in files.
Oh ! So this girl was the boss.

Om: May i come in??

Hearing a heavy manly voice Gauri looked up and as soon as she looked up their eyes met.
Recognising each other, both of them frowned.
Omkara cursed himself. How could he be soo stupid and dumb. Why did he interpreted her on the road. He had a bad experience with the lady and same lady was his boss.
"Wah ! Kya kismat pai hai om" he thought.

Gauri: Yes Mr. Omkara .. come in
