Carol Jackson
Carol Jackson was a mob boss who appears as the tertiary antagonist of Killer Blood. He was a central figure in the Chicago underworld, selling his drugs & weapons from plenty of warehouses around town. He owns a tower that runs his illegal arms trading and narcotic sales business.

Rock
Rock, also known as Dark Shadow, He is a Scorpion Tactical Team who went rogue. He was employed by Carol Jackson as a hitman and head of weapons, but only to save up money to become a vigilante, and additionally, monitor the weapons market.

DJ Jackson 
was a minor antagonist and a nephew of Carol Jackson in Killer Blood and main antagonist in The Party. His appearance was reused for an enemy in Killer Blood Unleashed, but with sunglasses.
