Third Person's POV

After the little surgery, (Y/n) continue to heal Izuku using her Quirk with Recovery Girl's supervision. She focused all her energy to heal him until Recovery Girl ask her to stop. She pulled back her palm and let out a tired breath. Her forehead was covered in beads of sweat while her breathing was quite ragged. Izuku's hand aren't fully healed just yet so, Recovery Girl gave him a smooch and she healed him enough that he could walk. Even with (Y/n)'s help, Izuku was tired from the leftover healing. "You should be healed enough to walk now." Recovery Girl told him. "Thank you..." Izuku pant out. "As for that, that's what you get for overusing your ability. Let that damaged right hand of yours serve as a reminder." She continued. Izuku held his now-not-broken right hand. It had scars now. "And I refuse to heal this sort of injury from now on." Recovery Girl decided, taking both boys by surprise. "Enough with this self-destruction. You'd better find another way for the boy to manage." The whole time, (Y/n) just looked at the floor.

The triple went out of the room and walked towards the arena. (Y/n) walked behind both boys, seemingly to be in deep thoughts but still took notice of her surrounding. "Another way huh..." All Might said, breaking the silence. "All Might." Izuku said and All Might responded with a "Hmm?" "You originally became a teacher at U.A to find a successor, right?" Izuku suddenly asked. "Everyone's fighting with all they've got. Their unrelenting spirits... I can feel how strong they're all are. So I'm thinking that..." He trailed off. "That maybe I should find someone else to replace me. Is that it?" All Might continued his sentence. Izuku stayed silent before letting out a "Yeah..." And once again, (Y/n) felt very out of place. She felt like she shouldn't be hearing this and yet, here she is. Hearing this.

"It's true. The students here are all exemplary heroes in making. One For All is a lattice of power. If someone with pre-existing Quirk like Todoroki, were to inherit it... He would become an undeniable superhero. With super strength on top of his fire and ice powers. Or Young (Y/n) too for that matter. With different Quirks and One For All, she would be unstoppable." All Might turned and look at (Y/n) while smiling innocently. (Y/n) on the other hand, was suddenly nervous. Her heart rate picked up it's pace as she began to shake her head as hard as she could. 'Heck no! What are you trying to do?' (Y/n) thought to herself and let out a breath of relief after he turned back to Izuku. "Well then..." Before Izuku get to finish his sentence, it was cut off by All Might. "But... I too was born Quirkless." This, of course light a fire onto Izuku's decreasing spirit. "And being Quirkless back in my day was also rare, though, not as rare as it is now. My master that is, my predecessor, possessed a Quirk but... He still believed in me and took me under his wings." "Why didn't you ever tell me this?!" Izuku asked, his eyes shining with motivation. "You never asked, even though I was expecting it..." All Might answered and (Y/n) sweat dropped. 'Yeah, as if we're just gonna go to the number 1 hero and ask, 'Hey! Do you have any other quirk before One For All?!' just like that...' She thought.

"So All Might... You were Quirkless too?!" Izuku asked again for assurance. "Yeah!" All Might replied. "At first, you just reminded me a lot of myself, but... You've already exceeded my expectations more times than I can count." All Might continued. "In my heart of hearts, I believe... There's something special in you and you alone." "I'm sorry..." Izuku apologizes without any reason. "Anyway, the tournament's still not over. Shouldn't you two get back and watch the rest?" All Might shooed them and they complied.

The both walks in silence and reach their destination. There, they saw the ongoing match between Bakugo Katsuki and Kirishima Eijiro. It was a tough battle between tough men. "Hey... Izuku-kun..." (Y/n) called his name. "Yeah?" Izuku replied, his eyes not leaving the match. "... Why do you feel that way? You know, after the match with Todoroki-kun." She asked. "Well, I realised that there are a lot more people in this school that are much more qualified than I am. Just imagine... If you were the one to receive One For All... You'd be unstoppable, (Y/n)-San..." He answered with a kind of sad smile on his face. "Hey, I don't think like that. To me, All Might picked the right successor for One For All. I know, it's probably because I'm your friend and I denied the effectiveness if he picked someone else but, it won't be the same I it weren't you." "Why do you say I'm the right successor?" Izuku asked again, curious.

"Well, do you remember when I said that you could be a hero even without a Quirk? Well, I still believe that. To me, a hero should be kind and selfless. Brave, generous, determined and thoughtful. A hero is someone who can save everyone and make them feel at ease and peace. Someone who stayed true to themselves and doesn't really care about the fame and glory that they're gonna gain from their job. Someone who help because they wanted to help! And I think you fit that description very well!" She looked and Izuku and gave him a big grin. This increases Izuku's mood exponentially and he blushed a little. "Thanks, (Y/n)-San." Izuku said and (Y/n) chuckled. "Izuku-kun, after a couple of months befriending me. I thought you would've gotten used to the sudden compliments and high praise. I see that you haven't accustomed yourself to that." She laughed. "W-well..." Izuku responded. "You're so cute!" She plopped onto him and shuffled his hair.

"Midoriya-kun, (Y/n)-San!" The both heard someone calling them. They turn and see Iida. "I'm glad to see that your surgery was a success!" He congratulated. "Thank you!" Midoriya replied. "Of course the surgery was a success! Look at who helped after all!" (Y/n) boasted jokingly and let out a small laugh. "Yeah! Thank you for that." Midoriya thanked her. "But, more importantly, how did you defeat Shizaki-san's thorn?" Midoriya asked. "Oh. She stood no chance against my maneuverability! I floored a Recipro Burst the second the bell sounded, grabbed her by the back and rung her out. Which reminds me, you can watch what you missed on the video replay later and see it yourself." Iida answered. "Yooo! That means you win and got to the final 4! Congrats! I'm happy for you!" (Y/n) cheered while jumping up and down.

They watched the current fight silently while (Y/n) continue on cheering on both Bakugou and Kirishima. "I have made it to the top 4. And I'm gonna make ample use of your fight against Todoroki-kun." Iida suddenly said. "Right. I wonder if your brother, Ingenium, is watching you fight out here." Midoriya replied. "He gave me a call earlier but, he said that he's busy with work. Though honestly, I'm happier this way. Since now, having reached this far, I'll need to report back to him as number 1!" "Yes, Iida-kun! You go! I'm sure you'll do well and make your brother proud!" (Y/n) cheered, trying to hyoe him up since the current battle seems like it was coming to an end.

Bakugo gave Kirishima a final blow to his face and won the battle, thus allowing him to proceed to the next battle. "All right, I'll be back!" Iida informed them. "Right, good luck out there okay?" (Y/n) said.

Iida went into the battle ring and prepared himself mentally and physically. Both of them looked calm and composed and ready to give their all. The battle start with Todoroki using his ice and aiming it towards Iida in which Iida dodged using a standing long jump. He activated the Recipro Burst and (Y/n) knew immediately what he was about to do. 'The Recipro Burst increase his speed so he's using it to take out his opponent while they were stunned but he only have about 10 seconds to use it so it's a one time thing. He have to make it or he won't be able to do anything after.' (Y/n) thought while watching the battle and cheering them on. Half-way throught Iida's run, he stopped to find that his muffler was jammed. It turns out that Todoroki iced it when Iida was kicking him. Todoroki and continue to trap him in ice and won the battle.

(Y/n) let out a sigh. 'Well, I hope he isn't to dissapointed about this...' She thought and clapped.

BONUS SCENE!

Before the surgery started, (Y/n) excused herself as her battle with Tokoyami has arrived. She made her way to the waiting room and began thinking of a strategy. Once her name was called she made her way to the battle rung and saw her opponent. "No hard feelings when I beat you okay?" She said and gave him a friendly smile. "Hmph. As uf I'd let you win." Tokoyami replied and the battle start.

(Y/n) started by using ger flower petals and attacking her opponent. Tokoyami used his shadow as a shield from the flower petals and tried to attack (Y/n). Using her super speed ability, she dodge the attack and tried to push Tokoyami out of bound, but his shadow managed to push her away. Still using the same quirk and using her Barrier quirk, she run around him while still defending herself by making a shield and gave him a couple of punches in which a few was evaded with the help of Tokoyami's shadow. But, in the end, he failed to catches up and ended up unconscious. Just like that, she won. She did get pretty tired though.
