The sun was rising to start a new day.Everyone in the forest was asleep meaning that I can sneak out.

I got out of the den and started to head towards the pridelands.I can't wait to see Kion again.

I was running so fast, I didn't see where I was going.Suddenly I landed on top of someone.I look up only to touch noses with Kion.

We both blushed and got off of each other."That was...Interesting."He said as he blushed."It's nice to see you again Kion."I said still blushing."Nice to see you too, (Y/N).Or should I say princess (Y/N)."

My eyes went wide on what he said."P-p-princess?W-w-What are you t-talking about.I-I-I'm not a princess."I said stuttering my head off."Don't worry (Y/n).I already know you're a pricess."He said.I sighed in disappointment,"I was hoping you wouldn't find out."

I lowered my head down in shame.I bet he's going to tell his dad that I'm here."Don't worry (Y/n).Your secret is safe with me."He promised."Thanks Kion."

"How did you find out I was a princess."I asked."My dad and Rafiki told me about your family's story."He said."So, can you tell me about your brother and friends?"He asked."Sure. Who do you want me to start with?"

"How about Kara?"He asked."Kara has been my friend for as long as I can remember. Her parents disappeared while she was a baby and became a loner because of that."I informed him."Wow. I never knew."He said with pity.

"Can you tell me about Situro and Namahara?"He asks."Namahara and Situro are siblings and my best friends. Namahara is the eldest in her family and Situro is the youngest. Even though they're siblings, they fight like they're enemies." I informed.

"What about Gingo?"He asks."Gingo is my twin brother. He may seem like a mean person, but once you get to know him, he's outgoing and sweet."I said."That's all I can tell you about my friends."I added.

I looked up at the sky only to see the sun is fully in the sky."Oh no, look at the time. I have to go home before my parents send a search party. I'll see you later,ok?"I asked."Sure.Bye,(Y/N)!"

I started running home."See you soon, Kion!" I screamed. When I got home I saw the whole pride wake up. "(Y/N)! Where were you?" Gingo asked." I went out to see the sun rise.It was a beautiful sight by the way." I lied. I had to lie to Gingo, because if I told him the truth, he'll tell mom and dad.

"Ok.Just making sure. I just want you to be safe."He said. Let's just say, he's also overprotective. But there was one thought still lingering in my head.

'Kion is so cute. I hope to see him soon.'

*Kion's pov*
