Do y'all remember who Jurek is?

If not, he was the caretaker for Silveny and Grayfell when they were at the Sanctuary. He confirmed that he was talentless. Was he lying, maybe?

It's entirely possible that he's Blur or Wraith and just a really good actor. I know that it's practically fannon for Jensi's brother (Fernan) to be Blur, and I mostly agree.

The thing is... Squall (Juline, Dex's mom) said in Lodstar that she was the only member of the collective with a family at home who would notice her absence, and Fernan has a family. I know this doesn't quite mean that it isn't possible for Fernan to be Blur, but it does lower the chances.
