Hi everyone, I want to have another character besides Jackson who is talentless so I compiled a list of unmanifested people so you guys can vote who you think it should be. Also if somebody else owns the character and majority votes them, the final choice is up to them. For example if everyone voted Chiara (She actually has a power this is just an example) Then it would be up to me to decide if I wanted Chiara to be talentless. Here are the options;
