A girl of about late 20s is seen walking out of the airport.

The driver came and took her bags to the car.

He opened the door for her.

The girl smiled at him.

The driver sat on his seat and started the car.

Girl: pehle office...
(First office)

The driver nods and drives towards the office.

Other side.

DD and vidyut are seen walking into the khanna mansion along with their pregnant wives.

Shweta greeted them.

Shweta: DD vidyut aao beta... Itne dino baad yaad aayi maa ki? (Faking anger)
(DD! Vidyut! Come dear.. You got the time to remember you mom?)

DD: Arrey nahi nahi mata ji aisa nahi woh bas hum thoda kaam mein busy the...
(No mom it's not like that. We were just busy..)

Vidyut: (nods) aur waise bhi maa... Yaad to unki aati hai jinhe hum bhoole ho aapko kaise bhool sakte hai (placing his chin on her shoulder)
(We only remember those whom we have forgotten... And we can never forget you mom)

Shweta: haan haan theek hai zyada maska mat maro...(smiles and go to juhi and sunheri) tum dono ki tabiyat kaisi hai? Aur humare nanhe munne mehmaan kaise hai?
(Okay fine now don't flatter me... (To girls) how's your health and our new guest? )

The girls smiled.

Juhi: maa sab acche hai...
(Everyone is fine mom)

Shweta: chalo tum log baitho main abhi kuch le ke aati hoon.
(Fine you all sit. I'll get something to have.. L

Shweta leaves for the kitchen.

She came with 2 glasses of juice and 3 cups of coffee.

She handed over the juice to the girls and coffee to the boys.

Shweta: pata hai aaj woh aane wali hai (smiles) aur aaj maine kittu (karan) ko bhi keh diya hai ki woh baccho ko jaldi le aaye school se..
(You know what she's coming today. I even told karan to get the kids early from school)

Vidyut: haan maa accha kiya... Main bhi yahi kehna chahta tha...
(You did right mom even I was planning to say so...)

DD: waise uski flight hai kab ki?
(When's her flight?)

Shweta: mujhe to kittu ne bas yahi bataya ki aaj shaam tak woh ghar aayegi...

Juhi: main to usse Milne ke liye bohut excited hoon..
(I'm so excited to meet her)

DD: sirf aap nahi hum bhi...
(Not only you even we are)

Shweta smiled looking at her kids though they were not biological ones but still are close to her.

Sometimes blood relations are weak as compared to relations of heart.

She remembers something of the past.

Tears are ready to roll down her cheeks but she controlled and smiled at her kids.

Prakash came within some time.

They all were merrily chatting until they hear the door bell ring.

Shweta thought it was her but when she opened the door it was the kids... Neav, Trisha (elder daughter of DD and sunheri) , Sameer (elder son of vidyut and juhi) along with karan who had just got them back from the school.

Neav: daadiiii! Mumma kaha hai woh rest kar rahi hai kaha hai woh? (Eagerly)
(Grandma!! Mom is here no? She's resting right?)

Shweta: beta aapki mumma abhi aayi nahi hai... Wait karna padega thoda aur... (Smiled at her grandson's eagerness)
(Dear your mom is not yet home.. You need to wait...)

Karan: (To kids) so baccha pehle sab log room mein jaayenge change karenge phir lunch and then mumma ki wait okay?

They all ran inside the house.

He reached down to the dining area.

Yuvraj: good morning mom good morning dad.

Akshay and Anita: good morning!

They started with breakfast.

Akshay: beta Raj... Fog ki wajah se flight delay ho rahi hai tumhe kal tak ka wait karna hoga...
Raj... Dear due to fog the flights are delayed you'll have to wait till tomorrow)

Yuvraj: (getting sad) koi aur tareeka nahi hai?
(Don't we have another way?)

Anita: beta hum jaante hai ki tum jald se jald yeh kaam karna chahte ho par tumhari safety bhi to zaruri hai.
(Son.. We know that you are eager but we can't compromise with your safety)

Akshay: haan Raj... Dekho mana ki hum private jet bhijwa sakte hai par is se tumhari safety compromise nahi kar sakte... Isiliye kuch der aur wait karo...
(Yes Raj we can go for private jet but that would not be safe... For us your safety is must please wait for some time)

Yuvraj: (sighs) okay... Main office jaata hoon aap bhi aa jana dad aaj Mr Singh ke saath meeting hai.
(Okay dad I'm leaving for office. You too come since you have a meeting with Mr. Singh today)

Akshay: haan haan yaad hai main aa jaunga.
(Oh yeah I remember... I'll be there)

Yuvraj leaves.

Anita: Akshay... Mujhe dar lag raha hai kahi main phir se mera yuvi... Kho na doon. Par phir sochti hoon ki jo hamara hai hi nahi uspe kaise haq jataaye?

Yuvraj had heard all this standing at the door since he forgot his phone.

Akshay: ani... Tumhe pata hai na...

Yuvraj: aapko aaj bhi aisa lagta hai? (Hurt voice)

Anita and Akshay shocked to hear him.

Akshay: Raj.. Tum tum ya..yaha?
(Raj... You here...?)

Yuvraj: (sighs) (he had tears in his eyes) haan woh main phone bhool gya tha... Par yahan aaya to yaad aaya to ki main yeh bhool gya ki main to begana hoon (his vioce cracked) chalta hoon...
(Yeah I forgot my phone here... But when I reached I was made to remember that I am still an outsider.... not your own son!... I'll take you a leave)

He took his phone and went away.

Anita: yuvi... Yuvi suno beta!...
(Yuvi! Dear listen!)

But no use he had already left.

Anita: (sat on the chair burying her face in hands.) Sab meri galti hai main har baar kuch na kuch aisa keh deti hoon ki woh naraaz ho jata hai aur...
(That's all my fault! Every time I say some or the other thing to hurt him)

Akshay: (consoling her) aisa nahi hai ani... Jo kuch usne saha hai woh hamare dukh se kahi zyada tha uske saath jo hua... Woh theek nahi tha... Aur waise bhi agar woh rooth ke gaya hai to manana bhi humein hai na.. (Smiles weakly)

Anita: you are right. Ab office jaao aur mere bacche ko ghar bhejo...

Akshay: (smiles) haan ab beta mil raha hai to pati ki kya zarurat? (Dramatically)

Anita: haan haan drama bas karo mujhe mere bete ke liye lunch banana hai... Jao yaha se... (Smiling)

Akshay smiles and leaves.

Yuvraj was sitting in his cabin rolling a paperweight. He recalls something.

Flashes:

Lady: aaj hamara sir tumne sharam se jhuka diya hai...

(Covering his ears with hands he was breathing heavily sweat beads are formed on his forehead.)

He tries to get normal.

A boy of about his age enters his cabin.

Boy: Tu theek hai na yuvi..?

Yuvraj: haan mohit I'm fine woh papers ready huye yaan nahi...
(Yeah I'm fine... Papers for the deal are ready or no?

(Mohit was his PA and friend too he very well knew about Yuvraj But still didn't want to drag this topic.)

Mohit: haan bas abhi leke aata hoon.

He got the papers.

Yuvraj was checking it.

Mohit: yuvi... Sab theek hai na..?

Yuvraj: haan sab theek hai kyu?

Mohit: teri aankhon mein kuch aur dikh raha hai.. Kyu?

Yuvraj: (sighs) kuch nahi bas kal London jana hai na deal ke liye to thoda tensed hoon.

Mohit: theek hai nahi batana chahta to main pressurise nahi karunga... Bas itna kahunga uncle aunty ki baat ka bura mat mana kar... Woh sirf kabhi kabhi insecure ho jate hai dil pe mat liya kar... (Placing hand on his shoulder.)

Yuvraj: (smiled) thanks yaar samajhne ke liye...

Mohit: ek kaan ke neeche bajaunga... oye khote de khur... Mujhe thanks bolega? (Faking anger)

Yuvraj: haan mere baap theek hai (smiles) nahi bolta thanks..

Mohit: oh baap se yaad aaya uncle ne tujhe aaj jaldi ghar jane ko bola hai raat ki flight final ho gyi hai ab ghar jaa ke rest kar phir to aap udte huye London jaa rahe ho...

Yuvraj: haan jaa raha hoon.

After sometimes he left for home.

London...

It was nearly 5 in the evening there was still no sign of the guest they all were waiting for.

The door bell rang.

Shweta went to open the gate...

A girl of late 20's stood there with smile on her face.

She had long black hair, beautiful doe shaped eyes, fair skin.

Shweta smiled widely at her and engulfed her in a hug.

Shweta: AVNII!! meri bacchi!! Pata hai kitna miss kiya maine tumhe chal ab jaldi se andar aa...
(Avni! My dear I missed you so much come in fast...)

Avni: mummy ji maine bhi aapko miss kiya bohut sara...
(Mummy ji even I missed you alot)

Shweta smiled and parted she showed her the way inside.

Shweta: dekho kon hai...
(Look who's here!)

(Addressing the people in the hall)

All got happy seeing her.

Neav: (screamed) mummaaaa!!

He ran to her and hugged her really tight at her waist with his small hands.

Neav: mumma pata hai maine aapko kitna miss kiya par aap ko to meri yaad aati hi nahi.... (Pouts)
(You know mom how much I missed you but you don't even remember me!)

Avni smiled looking at him she bends to his level and hugged him. He too wrapped hands around her neck.

Avni: mumma ne bhi aapko bohut miss kiya... She loves you baby.
( mumma had missed you alot baby she loves you)

Neav: I love you too sweetheart.. (Parting from hug) ab please ro mat nahi to main bhi ro dunga (wiping her tears with his small hands) aur pata hai teacher bata rahi thi ki aaj kal water shortage aa sakti hai to humein tears bhi waste nahi karne chahiye...
(I love you too sweetheart now please don't cry other wise I'll also cry... And you know what teacher was saying that we can suffer a potential water shortage... So we should not waste tears too...)

Avni chuckles listening him. Neav giggles.

All others standing there were admiring this mother son duo.

Prakash came up.

Prakash: ab bhai champ humein hamari beti se to milne do...
(Now champ please let me meet my daughter too)

Neav: oh haan main to bhool gya tha (slapping his forehead) trisha sameer chalo hum mumma ka gift le ke aate hai... Dadu aap sab mil lo par haa ek baat yaad rakhna... (Warning tone) agar meri jaan ko kisi ne rulaya na to phir dekhna...
(Oh yeah I forgot! Sameer Trisha let's go and get her gift....(to others) You can meet her but remember don't make her cry... (warn))

DD: aarey haan mere baap jaa ab... (Giggles)

Avni smiled seeing her son.

Neav trisha and sameer left for room.

All others greeted avni...

Prakash placed his hand on her head blessing her.

DD and vidyut side hugged her.

Sunheri and juhi too hugged her. When she came in front of Karan, she stopped looking at him.

Shweta: ahem ahem Arre bhai gale to mil hi sakte hona humari aankhein band hai... (Smiles)
(Ahem ahem! You guys can hug our eyes are closed!)

Avni looked down. Karan smiles.

Vidyut: haan hum sab ne eyes close karli hai... (Placing hands on his eyes)
(Oh yeah we all have closed our eyes)

All other too smiled and closed eyes.

Karan: hi (smiles, whispers)

Avni smiled and hugged him.

Karan too hugs her back.

Karan: I missed you. (Near her ear)

Avni parted looking down.

Juhi: hum aankhein khol le na?
(Can we open eyes)
(Teasing)

Avni smiled looking down.

Karan looked here and there rubbing the back of his neck.

Karan: haan khol lo (smiling)
KYeah open)

All looked at them and smiled.

Just then the kids came up..

Neav: mumma yeh dekho mere paas kya hai?
( mom look what I have..?)

Avni looks at him. He took out a card from behind.

Neav smiled handing her the card.
Avni looked at it. Tears formed in her eyes. These were happy tears.

Avni: yeh aapne banaya...
(You made it?)

Neav: humne
(We made it!) (holding sameer and Trisha's hands)

All the three kids have been together since very beginning. They were like real siblings from different parents.

Sameer: haan avni maa humne aapke liye surprise banaya..
(Yes avni maa we have made this surprise for you...)

Trisha: bolo na avni maa kaisa laga?
(Yes maa please say na How's it?)

Avni: (sat on her knees) (hugged all three together) bohut accha! Aap teeno ne mera din special banaya hai I love you all.
(It's beautiful! You three had made my day special... I love you)

All three: we love you too maa.

All others were standing looking at them. They were having hapy tears in their eyes.

Neav: (breaking the hug) mumma aapko kitni baar samjhaya hai na maine... mujhe aap yeh indian serial ki bahu jaise rote huye acche nahi lagte ho... Aap to Ladydon ban ke raha karo (smiling)
(Mom how may times have I told you that I don't like you crying like those Indian serial daughters in law. You should stay like a lady don!!)

Avni's expression changes hearing this. DD and vidyut too looked at each other. Karan saw their expressions and was confused about it.
